Phil was awesome. I was coming off of speaking with another agent for a couple of months and had a bad taste in my mouth about the entire home buying experience. I was really seeking out an agent who was extremely knowledgeable and would advise properly on my first home purchase. Phil did exactly that. Not only was he very knowledgeable but he will never make you feel like you are taking up too much of his time. He is extremely patient and you can tell he legitimately has your best interest at heart.

Right from the start Phil was very approachable and accessible day or night. Buying a home for the first time can be a daunting task but Phil made it as smooth as possible. His knowledge of various types of homes and engineering background went a long way in helping us obtain a great home. Not only did Phil ease our anxieties he went above and beyond making sure we got the best deal possible. I doubt other agents would've been as attentive to our questions and needs as Phil was. We went to see quite a few houses and Phil was always ready to meet at a moment's notice, be it 9 in the morning or 9 at night. 
Additionally, Phil has a vast network of solid and reliable inspectors, plumbers, electricians, and other housing professionals to call upon when looking at a home. 
He was very accessible day and night, and even made trips to Lowe's with us for odds and ends! He even spent an evening helping us install lights and change locks!
He negotiated a fantastic closing deal for this house and his knowledge and expertise in houses and real estate was a God send. I relied heavily on his advice throughout the inspection and I'm very glad I did. I highly recommend Phil.

Phil Herman is highly competent and professional. From the time we contacted Phil, he took care of all details and guided us through the process of buying and working with our builder. He was present for all meetings and went above and beyond our expectations of him. Although I had purchased and built a home 20 years ago, there was much to be learned from Phil's expertise. He has been in the field long enough to wisely guide clients through the latest in real estate and building inevitable and unexpected issues. He was never in any way pushy or abrasive.
