They do what we asked them to do for our Cocker. They pay attention to the specifics. They listen to what we want and give us what we want. We haven't had any injuries. Our experience has always been good. They are done when they say they're going to be done.

They are good. I have been using them over 10 years.

For the grooming part they have problems in there. When I bring my dog in for grooming they give me one price over the phone and when I come there my price is different and I had to actually call their manager and said something about it and I was given the price that I was quoted over the phone. They are pretty responsive. The workers were nice.

They have a doggy day care that is outstanding and the grooming is satisfactory. The group of people who work there really treat them well. It's pretty nice to walk in and they know your dog's name.

They last time they gave us the wrong medication and then they called us that evening and said that we gave you the wrong medication. They called me that evening and they wanted me to run there with the pills because they have a dog that needs the pills.

I love them. I have gotten puppies a couple of years ago and I used to do dog training there and the trainer was really good but he is gone. I took them to the veterinary clinic in there and I signed up on that plan that they offered. The vets in there are wonderful. They are all women and they are very personable, they really take time, and they talk to me. I've never had any problem with the whole staff. They are very good to the pets, to me, and they are very responsive. I've been very happy with them. When my mom comes to town too, that is where I will tell her to go because I am just really happy with them. They have really good hours. They are open on Saturdays and Sundays too. One time I had an emergency for one that wasn't their pet, and they had me just bring him right in and took care of him and stayed late and helped with him. It was really good. Now they all go there. They were really good when I had an emergency. They are open until 7 through the week and then 5 or 6 on Saturday and Sunday. They have good hours if I need something.

They were expensive. We've used them in the past because they were open on Sunday and nobody else was, but when it comes to cats and dogs, they pretty much note. If you need to get the basic check up today, it's cheaper than going to an emergency place. For animal training or anything like that, please do not do it because they don't know what they're talking about. They were good on fish. They were suppose to sell you a product when it comes to cats and dogs. If you are going there to get the price and you're trying to figure out what is prices and you know what you needing to shop for or you are asking for a specific products, they don't know what they're talking about and they will try sell you a much expensive product. It sounds best but necessarily, it's not the best. Read the side of the box when you are going to give it to your pets. It's good in a pinch specially they're open on Sunday but I will not going to take my animal there on a regular basis because I can't afford it. They were responsive. I will use them if I must and I will not use them for dog training.

They shave them down and they shouldn't be shaving a Golden retriever down. Their groomers are trained that way, but the Golden retrievers need that hair. I would tell others that they do not know how to groom dogs. Their responsiveness has been pretty good. I would buy products from them, but I would never get my dogs groomed there.

Overall, Very bad experience. My appointment was for 12:30. I arrived about 10 minutes early. The female worker that greeted me and checked the books for my appointment time, had the hiccups and kept trying to talk to me but had a very hard time. During the 5 minutes it took to get my information, the worker still had the hiccups. She even actually burped and didn't even apologize! We picked up our small dog about 3.5 hours later. I went to pay and then went back into the room to pick up my dog where the dog groomer told me that there was a problem. He had cut the hair on one leg shorter than the other. He stated that they were going to give me a discount but that there was a communication error and I had all ready paid. He apologized. I appreciated the honesty! We paid over $50.00 and the service was not what we expected.

The insurance covers office visit, shots, and anything else that goes wrong. I get a discount on anything that goes wrong. It is a good thing to have. I save a lot of money. It is a minimal charge on top of what I pay.

PetsMart does a wonderful job each time we bring any of our three dogs there. We have one toy poodle and tw American Eskimos. They know HOW to groom an American Eskimo and are very good ant grooming poodles.

Although the groomers did a good job, the dogs were not finished by the specified pickup time. We wanted two dogs' undercoats brushed out to reduce shedding and the fur on their paws trimmed. This service was done well. However, the cost was quite high and the job took much longer than originally estimated.

I have a service plan with them. They are fine. I have been taking my dogs there for over two years now. They are there most of the time and it is a pretty easy access to the care; it is the reliability.

They are great. I like that they do a good job. I can get in relatively quickly and my dog does not get too stressed out.
