Bob was great to work with during an extremely stressful time in our life. He spent several hours throughly inspecting every part of our house from top to bottom. He did not care that we followed him throughout and asked questions. He was always happy to explain and ease our minds. He even went into our crawl space twice to inspect potential leaks in order to make sure everything was covered. I would recommend Bob to anyone looking for a home inspector. He is through, kind, and extremely patient.

Having not had a home inspection before, I didn't know what to expect. He was incredibly detailed during the home inspection and in his follow up report. He identified biological growth that we had corrected by the sellers before we moved in, and he gave us quite a few tips on general home upkeep. His report after the inspection was done was full of items that needed addressed, broken down by priority. I would highly recommend.

Bob arrived on time, was super detailed in his inspection, and never hesitated to explain issues in layman's terms. His report included all details discussed, along with photographs of items requiring attentino. We are in a much better position as Buyers with this knowledge at the negotiating table.

They submitted a report showing some minor problems which was to be expected with a house of this age. After purchase and hiring a contractor to make the repairs specified, it was found the water softener had a serious leak and an electrical cable still connected to a 100 amp breaker had been chopped off and left lying in the attic with bare ends. Also the inspection report stated a smoke detector system being hard wired to the home wiring. When checked it was discovered this was a cheap battery operated detector with no connection to the home wiring.

HE SAVED US A LOT OF MONEY BY FINDING THINGS THAT HELPED TO SAVE US FROM MAKING A POOR HOME PURCHASE. HE ALSO WAS ABLE TO MAKE A LIST OF ITEMS TO BE TAKEN CARE OF BEFORE CLOSING ON THE HOUSE ONCE PURCHASE WAS DECIDED.

HE FOUND THINGS WE WOULDNT HAVE KNOW ABOUT. VERY THOROUGH AND FOUND STRUCTURAL PROBLEM. EASY TO WORK WITH AND TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THINGS.
