Perfect!! I had first called a larger firm that advertises on TV a lot, but was weary of their approach and pricing. They also tried to sell me add'l products to add on to my furnace. I then remembered Bob Pepper and his firm as I was deciding who to call for a 2nd opinion. They had done work for me in the past. They stopped by my house on their way home from their last job of the day to confirm the blower was out and to obtain a part number. After picking up the part the next morning, they came by, cleaned my furnace along with installing the new blower and capacitor. For less to boot!! Remember, always get a 2nd opinion,and bigger isn't always better

It was just a regular service call for regular maintenance. They're just real dependable and trustworthy. The workers are great.

Excellent service and workmanship, as always. I have hired Bob as my HVAC service guy for almost 10 years now. He always strikes a good balance between cost and effectiveness in his recommendations. Today he caught a problem that would have shut down my furnace before long, and he fixed it during his regular service call. One of the drain lines was clogged and he cleared it -- no new parts were required.

I have used Pepper Heating and Air Conditioning for several years. Bob Pepper has always gone out of his way to work us into his schedule. He has worked with us to keep our Heat Pump running for as long as it was feasible and has always been honest about our options. We are now waiting on an estimate to replace the unit.

Bob Pepper and his team are honest, timely and professional! Our air conditioner went out during a very busy time for us. Bob knew we were expecting company and he was not going to be able to install until after the weekend. He came out and without charging got us temporarly up and running for the weekend. (This temporary fix cost us $378 the previous year with another company!) The install was on time and went great! I had an issue with another heating and cooling company on a humidifier install. They did not put a sensor on the outside of my house as requested. Bob went ahead and did this for me, again without extra change. He has my business for as long as he is in business! I have referred Pepper Heating and Air Conditioning to others and their experience has been the same.

He was very nice and the owner himself came out. He was neat and on time and we were happy with the service.

Beautiful! When I got there at the appointed time, they were already working on the Central AC from the outside. Told me my unit was just fine, needed a little tune up. Did not try to sell me something I did not need. Prior AC and quot;specialistand quot; told me 5 years ago the unit was on it's last leg. Pepper told me I should use up what I already paid for before buying new. That sold me! Set up an annual contract to provide service on AC and Furnace once a year (which is included in the cost above). And....when I do need to replace, guess who I will be calling?

The technician was on time. Actually he was early, which is great.
I'm not ready to replace my whole system yet. I was glad that I got no pressure whatsoever about buying a new system.
Technician was proficient and very friendly. I would not hesitate to have him, or any other Pepper technician come out again.
I don't know how the price compares to other companies but I was satisfied.
Since having this house (2003) I have only used Pepper when it comes to things I can't do myself. I have been able to fix the heat pump defrost temperature switch, defrost control board (twice) and the fan capacitor (twice) myself. I'm not certified to do anything with the coolant, so that's where Pepper comes in. Once I couldn't find the fault with the defrost cycle and had Pepper come out.
They seem like kind of a and quot;Mom and Popand quot; operation, which is fine by me.

They are wonderful, always on time, and very courteous. If they can do something to help you save money, they tell you about it and let you make the decision. I think they have given very good advice. They don't charge for things you didn't originally think you wanted.

Overall: very well. We tried to diagnose over the telephone. Not something I could fix, so they came out the same evening. Got the furnace functioning and showed me how to try to restart if it stops again before they got back with the needed part.

They are a small company and they don't give you a sales pitch. They came well recommended by family members and they did the job for around half or less of what the competition would have charged us. They do what the say they will do at a very reasonable price and very professionally. They did a fine job.
