I have a water heater that quit working. Another plumber I used gave me price to replace it without barely looking at it so I reached out to this company. They repaired it, educated me on it what to watch for, and told me I did not need to replace the water heater for awhile as my problem was very common. They have earned a customer for life and I can't speak highly enough about all aspects of their service.

She researched many different options, as I wanted to go with a larger heater and had read reviews of both stainless steel and ceramic water heaters. She researched and presented options and expert opinion and we went with a Rheem that was everything we needed. I really appreciated the customized service and the effort to find the right solution for our needs. Paul Henderson Plumbing will be our service provider from now on.

They came out and took out the water softener. He took it apart, cleaned it and disinfected it, serviced it and put it back to together.

Hands down the best plumber I have ever do work. Speedy and efficient, as well as courteous and professional. Will definitely use him again in the near future.

Contacted the company on Monday, told them of the problem, and asked that they have a service person look at and possibly replace our primary sump pump. We were quoted an approximate price for the replacement and a service call was scheduled for Wed. At the prescribed time, Eric arrived, examined our sump pump and indicated that it was working properly now but because it was more than 12 years old, we felt a replacement was in order. Eric fully agreed. Eric answered our many questions, installed the new sump pump and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. The cost for the service was exactly as previously quoted.,

They were very professional. Did a quote on a Wednesday and started the project on the following Tuesday. Price was very responsible!The quote and the time it took to complete job was right on schedule. Would defiantly use again!
