Tim and Mike are two of the most professional, helpful, and knowledgeable people that I've ever had the pleasure of working with. From the claim process to the final shingle, they were there to assist every step of the way. Tim was very intent on ensuring that I knew exactly what was going on in each step of the process. They were also very flexible with my own schedule and wanted to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with the results. An excellent job all around. I'd use and recommend Palazzo Restoration again for any future services in a heartbeat.

Tim was great, and his crew was great. His expertise is helping you get your roof replaced with the help of your insurance agency IF you have a legitimate claim. I had called my State Farm agent in the past to report wind and hail damage on separate occasions - but they said I had none when they came to inspect . My suggestion is to listen to Tim's suggested plan. He has experience helping clients get the insurance company to cover the cost if they have a valid claim. We followed Tim's customized plan (based on your insurance company,) clearly explained on a 4x6 card. It worked. Tm will help you if he thinks you have a legitimate claim. And he does not charge you for his assistance through the process. We were very please with Tim's assistance and work. It would be wise to listen to Tim and his suggested plan based on your unique situation.

Great crew. Finished a big roof in a day, in spite of being delayed several hours in starting by weather. Excellent cleanup. No damage whatsoever to flowers planted around house. Splendid results.

They were good, they were very eager to meet our needs and willing to work with us. We have a little bit of a satellite problems; afterwards he helped us solve that problem too. Overall it was a great experience working with them. They have quality work, easy to communicate and showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves.

I can say, quite frankly, this was perhaps the most pleasurable contractor experience I have ever had ... ever. Tim at Palazzo Restoration performed above and beyond on all counts. From the first time he visited my home to survey the job through the brokering with insurance payments through to the execution of the job, Tim was professional, polite and considerate of both my time and objectives for the work. After surveying my roof, Tim took the time to walk me through every step of the insurance claim process, he was present (even early) to meet the insurance adjuster (BOTH times, since the first visit was rained out) and in between worked with me (each time, mind you, entirely at my convenience) to select shingles, execute payment though the insurance agency and my bank and then select a day for the work to be done. During this time, we chose to place our home on the market and Tim was extraordinarily understanding of the uniqueness that that placed on the situation. In fact, on the day the work was scheduled to be done, we had a home showing scheduled for 7PM. Tim assured me the job site would be clean, tidy and present very little imposition for our potential buyer. Amazingly, by 5:30 PM that day, the job site was 100% cleaned up, leaving ZERO evidence that Tim and his crew had even been at my house - except, of course, an amazingly beautiful new roof. And while I was not at my home on the day the work was done, my wife was there and her account is nothing short of 100% professionalism and courtesy on the job site. Every step of the process of getting my new roof was thorough, diligent and detail oriented. At the same time, I never felt like any portion of it was taxing of my time. Tim did ALL the work and where I needed to provide answers, he clearly told me what he needed to know, by when and from whom. Through the entire process I felt as though I was Tim's one and only customer. Whenever I reached out to him via phone, text or e-mail, he was timely and entirely informative in his responses. Tim is a consummate professional and took what could have been a painfully drawn out process and made it simple, clear and efficient. Bottom line, I would gladly and without reservation recommend Palazzo Restoration to anyone in the Indianapolis area who needs roof work completed. Thank you, Tim for your fantastic work! Dan M

Tim from Palazzo really advocated for us with our insurance company. Thanks to his efforts and a discount he gave us, we were able to replace our roof with no money out of pocket. He completed paperwork to move things along efficiently with our HOA. When I had a last minute concern about the color of the shingle we'd selected, he drove to our house at 8pm to let me see it again. The day the work was done, his crew was thorough and polite. The clean-up was done well and Tim went around the house personally checking for roofing debris that might have been left behind. He followed up a few days later and we mentioned there was some roofing material that has spattered on our back door that we had overlooked. He went right back there and took care of it.

Tim from Pallazo Restoration stopped by to let me know he noticed that my roof appeared to have hail damage and that he could help me through the process of filing a claim with my insurance company to have a new roof installed at no cost to me. He provided me with a proposal which included paying my deductible and an upgraded shingle style as well as agreement that the work was contigent upon the insurance company paying for the repairs and would be void if the insurance company disallows the claim. Tim was very knowledgable and let me know what to expect. He met the adjuster at my house for the inspection to review the damage and I received the statement of coverage for the tear off, new roof, and gutters from the insurance company. The job was scheduled quickly and the team that tore off the old and installed the new roof worked fast and cleaned up all in one day. My new gutters were installed the next day. They even hooked up my water barrel for me. Tim finished the clean up detail himself and went above and beyond by cleaning up my bus stop corner (kids in the neighborhood tend to ditch their garbage into my yard). Tim was very professional and attentive to my questions through it all and I couldn't be happier with the result. I'm very glad I was home when he stopped by and got the ball rolling. I would recommend Pallazo Restoration to my best friend (which I did). Very satisfied with everything!
