On the day of the installation Steve and crew arrived right on time and removed the old door and frame. They took great pains to make sure that the mess was kept to a minimum and cleaned the area constantly as they were working. Once the new frame was installed, leveled and sealed Steve began finishing up and painting the inside and outside of the door. He was not happy with the paint quality of the paint I asked him to use on the outside of the door so he used my paint for the first coat and took it with him that evening to get it matched in a higher quality paint. He arrived again the next day and put on a second coat of paint (inside and out) using his new paint on the exterior. It was a GREAT improvement! When he was finished with the second coat, I was pleased with it, however he pointed out a couple of areas on the exterior that could be better and told me that he will be back on Monday to apply a third coat. He is very detail oriented, professional and takes great pride in his workmanship.
