HAD TO CALL FOUR TIMES TO GET WORK DONE. TRIED TO INFLATE PRICE FOR "INSURANCE" REASONS EVEN THOUGH MEMBER STATED THAT SHE WOULD NOT BE MAKING A CLAIM.
