I ordered a birthday bouquet to be delivered to my mother and it was absolutely the most beautiful arrangement of fresh Spring flowers I have ever seen. She loved the big colorful bouquet and is still enjoying it. The person who delivered the flowers was very nice and helpful to my Mom also. You can tell that the florist and staff are very skilled and truly care about their work. This is now my GO TO florist in Indy! They obviously care about customer satisfaction and deserve to be recognized.

It was wonderful! I called the afternoon before. I had asked if they had daisies and, since it's winter, they couldn't do a full bouquet but the lady on the phone said they could do an arrangement that gave that wildflower look of daisies. My mother sent me a photo the next morning when they were delivered. My word, they were beautiful. I've used them before and I will continue to use them. You just let them know your price point and they do magic! I would highly recommend them!

We ordered flowers for the plant stands where the ceremony would take place, at one end of the room in the venue and for the tables set up for the reception at the other end of the room. We also ordered the bridal bouquet, maid of honor's bouquet, and flowers for the groom, moms and dads. The (very fresh) flowers were delivered on time, placed exactly where they should go, and were absolutely breathtaking. The delivery fellow was professional and cordial. And the flowers made the venue look special. I will always buy flowers from Oberer's.

Oberer's was so easy to work with. We initially found them on Angie's List. We were considering doing our own wedding flowers due to cost, however, after finding Oberer's we changed our minds. They were so friendly, helpful, and affordable. They provided me with straightforward quote, and some suggestions to improve my arrangements. The flowers arrived on my wedding day exactly on time by a very friendly delivery man. They were absolutely beautiful - even better than I pictured. We received a ton of compliments on the floral arrangements, and many are decorating my house many days after the wedding - still alive and smelling wonderful. I would definitely recommend this florist to all, and we will be using them for all future floral needs!

Sometimes a florist's pictures are much nicer than in person so I wasn't sure what to expect since this was my first time ordering from Oberer's. I couldn't be more pleased with the arrangement; it was more beautiful than the picture. All flowers were in full bloom and very healthy. The diversity of flowers and the design were admired by many. The website is easy to navigate and the order process was easy. Each arrangement has several prices but the website shows a picture of just one of the prices. It would be nice if pictures could be provided for each price so one could make a more informed choice. The website sends an email order confirmation quickly and another email soon after delivery which I appreciated. I definitely will seek out Oberer's if I need flowers for a special occasion in the future.

Everyone likes to think they are an easy going customer, but I realize I am a poor one when it comes to designing something. I had the appointment time as one hour, the florist had it as another hour. At first, the woman said it was no big deal; they weren't with any other customers at the time. Things went to hades in a hand basket from there. I admit, I have poor memory, but she asked our names three times. Customer service is a rough industry, but I do expect you to know my name after I've repeated it twice within 5 minutes. I am not a florist. I have no training in design. I know only the basic types of flowers. Apparently, I needed to have already designed my bouquets. I told her my color scheme and some ideas of and quot;the look,and quot; but she got snippy. After she figured out that I am no botanist, she abruptly asks if I have Pinterest. Well, I do, but my phone was on it's last leg and the photos I have of bouquets were taking forever to load. I told her that my cell phone was going to be slow, and to not be surprised if it died. I'm flipping through my phone, and she demands, and quot;hurry it up, I don't have all day.and quot; To be polite, we stayed. I don't know why, because she just looked at a few of the photos, clearly impatient, and essentially just haphazardly designed some bouquets. She also mentioned about 3 times how small my wedding was. At that point, since I clearly knew nothing about flowers, she was obviously impatient and ready to be done with us. She basically looked at the two pictures, sort of copied them, then gave us the quote. Then, she says, that oh-by-the-way, her last day is tomorrow and that we won't be dealing with her (YAY!), but with a young lady that sat by the whole time essentially mute. Here's my beef with that, if you are leaving, let the other lady work with us; secondly, if you are seeing customers being treated like scum, maybe you ought to step in. All of the reviews for this florist were so positive, we were actually looking forward to it, but after that...we won't be going back. Unfortunately, it's really hard to trust a store after being treated like an utter waste of their time. The other florist will be getting over $600 from us, twice as much as Oberer's. Maybe my wedding may be small, but that's a chunk of change that Oberer's isn't getting.

I called in the morning and the flowers were delivered the same day. The arrangement was beautiful. The price was very reasonable and we will use them in the future whenever we need the services of a florist.

I had them make me a small bouquet and coordinating boutonniere for my small wedding. It was lovely.

After having a bad experience with another Florist and cancelling that order I called Oberer's. I was hoping to get the flowers delivered to the hospital on the same day but feared that calling at 1:00pm it wouldn't happen. However, it did!! I was so excited. A live person even answered the phone when I called and requested more and quot;colorand quot; to the arrangement I ordered online but that wasn't an option because they didn't have any other colors in that particular flower. Instead, they added color by tying a bow around the vase. I was so happy with the entire experience.

Arrangement was larger than expected and very very beautiful. I received many positive comments on quality.

Oberer's did a great job! They did a 'practice bouquet' so we could see what it would look like, and would use our lace to wrap the bouquets. About 3 days before the wedding, we called to confirm all the details. They said the bouquets were made up, if we would like to come in and see them. Because of a change in staff, the bouquets were not exactly the same as the practice bouquet. I happened to have a picture of the practice bouquet on my phone, and showed it to them. They very graciously changed the flowers while we were there. I did not notice that the corsages for the grandmothers were not the pin-on kind (which we ordered), but were wrist corsages. I also should have asked what kind of wrist corsage bracelets they had available. I assumed that for a wedding they would be white satin stretch. What we received were white Velcro - not quite what we had in mind. But we know now that this is something to ask about. The flowers arrived at the church in plenty of time, and were all labeled. The bouquets all arrived in glass vases with water. The flowers remained fresh throughout the day and evening -- they were truly gorgeous. We would definitely use Oberer's again.

Ordered flowers from their site--1st arragement was beautiful. 2nd was a bit of a disappointment because they were a differnt color and in a different vase than advertised. Mostly they were lovely.

They were delivered on time, as promised, and from what I have been told, they were the most beautiful arrangement that she had ever seen.

I was pleased with the ease of ordering and competitive prices. I will keep them in mind for future needs.

We used Oberer's in Carmel for our wedding flowers and were so impressed that they have become our florist of choice. Always fresh flowers and beautiful arrangments that last for a long time!

This is the best florist I've EVER dealt with. We ordered a 'fireside' basket for my father-in-law's memorial service. The design, quality of the flowers, and the cost far exceeded the competition. Since we had never dealt with this florist, we went to their store to have a 'look around' and to meet the staff. The owner and his staff were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Their floral products were quite impressive. The owner even gave us a nice floral arrangement to take home since we were first time customers and had traveled several miles to visit the store. The arrangement arrived at the church as promised and the quality more than met our expectations. We will definitely use them again.

overall easy experience from start to finish - I left it up to the florist to deliver a nice basket and it was beautiful - great job - reasonable price - they made it easy.

My experience was wonderful. They made a 5 floral arrangement s exactly how I wanted it. They matched bride's colors perfectly (navy and silver) by spray painting flowers. I provided vases only because I had candle center pieces I made with the same vases and I did want everything to match. I also provided silver tinsel for them to put in vases to cover up flower stems. (Same tinsel I had with candle centerpieces). They delivered on time. The flowers lasted 1 1/2 weeks after event.

Beautiful flowers that lasted a long time. Easy to order, inexpensive to send ($31.00 included delivery) I have sent roses and orchids and lovely mixed arrangements --completely pleased with everything!

They loan us big buckets so the flowers wound stay fresh in water and then we returned the buckets after the open house. It is a smaller family florist and I received from my daughter for Christmas a flower of the month arrangemnt and they are just about on time every single month and very nice in the delivery. If I am not home, they leave a note in the mail box where the flowers are and I just like the personal touch of their florist.

They have good quality flowers. They grow their own flowers. Their prices are competitive.

I have ordered flowers from Oberer's for a variety of occasions including funerals, hospital stays, birthday celebrations and just because I can. They have exceeded my expectations 100% of the time. Every time I order flowers from them, others ask where I got them because they so far exceed the norm. Several of my colleagues and family now use Oberer's exclusively like I do. If you get on their email list, you will get a daily email of specials. Their specials are incredible. If I sound enthusiastic. it's because I am. It is rare to find a company that is so dependable with their quality and customer service. I wish they were in charge of more than the flowers!!! When asked to put the date of service, I listed the most recent one, but to be more accurate, I started using them in 2010 and they are the only florist I use. The form would not allow me to write a span of time - just a specific date.

Josh at Oberers was fantastic in helping us with the design of our flower choices. When the mock-up of the bouquet wasn't to our liking, everyone there hustled to make things right. We were so very happy with how the flowers turned out. We would highly recommend this florist.
