Mortgage Companies
Not very pleased with the responsiveness of Oak Street. They could not meet our closing date even though it was one month after we started the loan process. Representatives dropped the ball a couple of times on us. Representatives were also telling parties from the Title company/Real Estate/Home Insurance different things then they were telling us. It was a messy few days. We eventually dropped them and went with another company. Oak Street also was going to charge us $4000 more then the company we went with.
