They did a very poor job. Never returned calls, didn't come with then said they would, they would show up one week and not show up the next despite being scheduled to come out every week.  Their billing was months behind. I placed four calls and they never called me back., Their work was not even great when they did show up.

They started out good but for the last 2 years, their level of customer service has dropped tremendously. I recently tried calling 3 times but all I get is an answering maching and they won't return my calls. I won't be using them.

They did a fair job of removing snow. They always piled it in the wrong place, blocking my third garage and they always bumped into the downspout so I had to remove the bottom part before they could damage it.

I like them because they are very well organized. They are very dependable about when they would show up and when they would do it. They do the work quickly and charge fairly moderate amount for it. If they have the same person I would use them again.

Awful service. They didn't show up when they said they would. Mower left huge tire marks in the yard. They never answered the phone and half the time never returned my messages. Charged me for mowings that they didn't even do! There are many yard mowing services - go to angie's list first - check with your neighbors. You'll be very disappointed with this company!

This company has taken care of our lawn for over 20 years. At the beginning of this season they did show up to cut our lawn on a regular basis but did not show up to apply fertilizer and weed killer. We have called the office number more than 6 times and left messages on the answering machine. No one has returned our call. This is extremely frustrating for us. Meanwhile, our lawn looks terrible and it will take years to return it to its former condition.

They are very good. They bill me. If it's too dry they call me. I have been using them for years. They are pretty friendly and they are very good. They also do my snow removal in the winter.

THEY DO A GOOD JOB and also VERY RESPONSIVE TO QUESTIONS THAT I HAVE.

They are excellent! They are reliable and I will continue to use them.

I've used them since they opened. They are dependable, reasonably priced, and also do snow. They always do a nice job with the cutting, trimming, and clean-up.

I've used them for years; this year, they charged $100 more for no reason, and did not blow the leaves off the roof, as requested. In addition, I've been calling them and leaving messages since November when the work was performed. I received a cursory call back after hours once in January. Last week, I tried again, and got the "call monitor service" where I had to leave my name in order to get through. I was then promptly connected to a fax machine. These people are BAD, BAD, BAD at customer service.

They tend to drive the equipment too fast and put ruts and bare spots in the lawn. Phone calls with instructions don't seem to get to the workers.

They are very dependable and reliable. They do a good job!

EVERY WEEK THEY MOW OUR YARD. SOMETIMES THEY DRIVE TOO FAST AND PUT TIRE MARKS IN THE YARD. I COMPLAIN, BUT A NEW CREW COMES OUT EVERY WEEK AND DOESN'T GET THE MESSAGE.

TRIMMING TOO CLOSELY AROUND LANDSCAPING AND TREES WAS CAUSING GRASS TO RECEDE FROM THE EDGES. MOWING TOO FAST WAS LEAVING UNEVENNESS, AND SPINNING TIRES WERE DIGGING UP PIECES OF YARD. MY REQUESTS FOR MANAGEMENT OBSERVATION OF CONCERNS WENT UNHEEDED, SO I DROPPED THE SERVICE. THE PRICES WERE REASONABLE. I WAS INITIALLY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICE, BUT IT DETERIORATED OVER THE 2+ YEARS WE USED THEM.

DID A NICE JOB OF EDGING, HOWEVER, THE GRASS APPEARS TO BE CUT AT DIFFERENT HEIGHTS. WILL HAVE TO WORK ON IMPROVING THE OVERALL QUALITY TO MY SATISFACTION.

THEY CALLED ME IN ADVANCE TO SEE IF I WANTED THEM TO REMOVE MY LEAVES AGAIN. THEY SET IT UP FOR ME AT A CONVENIENT TIME FOR ME. IT IS A HALF ACRE WITH A LOT OF LANDSCAPE.

THE COST IS TO CUT THE LAWN FOR 3/4 OF ACRE. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. I LIKE THE PEOPLE THEY SEND OUT. THE CREW IS FRIENDLY AND CONSIDERATE.

I HAVE A COUPLE COMPLAINTS THAT CONTRIBUTE TO THE REASON I WILL NOT BE HIRING THEM NEXT YEAR. ONE OF WHICH IS THAT THEY CHARGE PER INCH. ANOTHER IS THAT ON OCCASION THEY DID NOT SHOW UP IN A TIMELY MANNER.

THEY ARE RESPONSIVE IF A PROBLEM COMES UP. THEY ARE ALWAYS HERE ON A CONSISTENT BASIS. WE HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR ABOUT 8 YEARS. THEIR PRICE SEEMS RIGHT.
