I needed a white tire for a girl's bicycle and not everyone carries the white tires, but they did. I was very happy with the service, Tim was very personable, professional, knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them to others. I was given a small discount on the installation since the bike is for a charity.

Over the years I have purchased quite a few bikes, and quite a few from Nebo Ridge Bicycles. They have a great selection, a very knowledgeable staff, and fantastic customer service.
This particular bicycle was purchased as a gift. The staff at Nebo did a great job of taking the time to help me figure out the right bike, that was in the right price range, and that was available in the right size. I am very happy with my purchase and my experience... and the gift was a big hit!
