Elizabeth was superb. Listened and picked out multiple styles my wife loved. Their selection and customer service was far better than Distinctive Diamonds. We had lots of old jewelry to trade in and they happily accepted it. This was the only store we visited where we sat down while we shopped. Store set up was amazing and all staff were friendly.

Couldnt be better. They were very good and you cant even see where they worked on the ring.

It went great. They had it fixed for free. Also it only took a day or so. Every time I have gone in there the experience has been awesome. I have recommended Moyer to others and will continue to do so.

Womens engagement ring. Met all competitors prices on the ring. Gave best value in the whole metro Indianapolis for trade in on existing mens and women's rings by $300. Ring is absolutely beautiful. I compared to Shane, Distinctive, Moyer, Hoffmeister and another couple. Moyer was definitely the best value, best customer service.

Moyer is currently designing my weddingbands as well as my finance's bands. They were very easy to work with and are awesome. We found Moyer's from a few different means. My family has used them in the past, but we also learned more about them by going the bridal show in early February. I have really enjoyed working with them so far. Wendy, who I have been working with, has always been helpful and given suggestions. A few of her associates have also helped me various times when I've come in an she was not there. everyone is very courteous and polite. We are designing our wedding bands and Moyer's has two jewelers who work on site. They also have insurance so when we gave them my engagement ring to mold/match the bands to, we did so at no risk - even though we also had the ring insured. The rings aren't finished yet, but I'm sure they'll be lovely! We're also going to use their services closer to the wedding to solder the rings together. I'll, keep you posted about the finished product!

I needed to have 5 rings enlarged. My ring size changed after breaking my finger. I had questions because I didn't know what size I now needed and 2 of the rings had detailed bands. One of the rings had a detailed carved pattern--they were able to duplicate the engraving. You really have to look to see where it was enlarged. The other ring had delicate filigreed rose and white gold designs with tiny diamonds. i thought there would be no way to enlarge it without it really looking like a repair. They did an amazing job---they made an additional filigree area with a diamond--and it blends in smoothly.

I dropped the watch off and asked how much it cost and how long it would take for an estimate to repair my watch. I purchased the watch on Ebay several years ago so I didn't spend alot on it and didn't want to spend alot to get if fixed. He said it typically runs between $75 and $150 to repair and the estimate would be free. It would take 3 or 4 weeks because they sent it out About 6 weeks later I called and they said they would check on the status. Several days later he called me back to tell me it would cost $135 to repair. I told him I did not want it repaired. 6 to 8 weeks later I received a call that my watch was back and I could pick it up. I picked it up, took it home and stuck it in a drawer. 3 weeks later I received a bill for the $135 plus tax. I went and found the watch and it was running. I hadn't even looked at it when I picked it up and they did not tell me I owed anything. I went back in and explained what happened. They told me they had some personnel changes and they inadvertently authorized the repair. They asked if I would meet them half way and split the cost which I agreed to. It has a one year warranty and was resealed. They were to bill me for the proper amount. It has since stopped working, again. So I get to see how the warranty works out.

One day I was sitting at the bank drive thru. I looked down at my hand and noticed that the main diamond in my wedding ring was missing! Needless to say I was devastated. My husband picked that diamond out himself over 15 years ago when we were married. Of course we had insurance on the ring. I got three estimates. Of the three jewelers I approached Moyer Fine Jewelers was the most helpful. In fact Mr. Moyer, himself, helped me to pick out another diamond. He also offered to deal directly with the insurance company. Neither of the other jewelers offered this service. All I had to do was give Mr. Moyer my ring and he did the rest. The check came to me. I deposited it in my bank account and wrote a check to Moyer Fine Jewelers. My ring was returned to me looking as beautiful as ever. I didn't have to spend a dime of my own money nor any of my own time dealing with the insurance company.

Salesperson found a ring setting to match a ring my wife already owned. Had to be custom ordered. Friendly service, ordered correctly and notified promptly of arrival.

We had a great experience at Moyer. We dealt with multiple sales people there, including the owner, and everyone was very helpful. They spent lots of time with us trying on lots of rings to find the right one. I had a problem with the setting on my ring about 18 months after we bought it, and they made it right immediately for no charge. I was very impressed by that. They also had to alter my ring to work with the band I chose, and did that work for no charge as well. By the time the wedding came around, our main salesperson knew me by name each time I came in to pick up or drop off the rings.

Very pleased. One prong had broken, but they let me know that one was soon to break and the others were weakened due to the age of the ring. They completed the work right on time, even in the rush of the holiday season.

ABSOLUTELY A WONDERFUL, POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. I DECIDED TO WEAR MY CLASS RING INSTEAD OF MY WEDDING BAND AS A RITE OF PASSAGE AT MY ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY AS A WIDOW. LOTS OF HAND HOLDING WHEN I PUT MY WEDDING RING IN THE RING BOX AND PUT MY CLASS RING ON. I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH NOT ONLY THE FANTASTIC WORK ON MY CLASS RING BUT WITH THE CARING PEOPLE AT THIS CARMEL LOCATION.

REPLACED BATTERY IN ABOUT FIVE MINUTES. OFFERED TO SEND IT OUT FOR WATERSEAL TREATMENT THAT WOULD TAKE TEN DAYS AND COST $50. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE ORIGINAL WATERSEAL?

THEY DID GOOD WORK, AND ALSO SOLD ME A WATCH FOR THE BEST PRICE IN TOWN.

IT TOOK A WEEK TO GET THE RING BACK, AND A COUPLE OF DAYS FOR THE WATCH BATTERIES.

THE REPAIR TOOK ALMOST 2 WEEKS TO COMPLETE WHICH I FELT WAS EXCESSIVELY LONG AND THEN THEY WOULD HONOR THE 20% COUPON, WHICH IS WHAT GOT ME IN THE DOOR, ONLY ON 1 OF THE REPAIRS. I FELT THIS WAS TACKY. THERE WAS NO STIPULATION ANYWHERE ON THE COUPON THAT IT WAS GOOD FOR 1 REPAIR ONLY AND I FELT THEY WERE TRYING TO 'NICKLE AND DIME' ME BECAUSE THEY WERE GREEDY. WITH THAT SAID, I AM EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF WORK DONE SO FAR. IT IS THE KIND OF REPAIR THAT TIME WILL TELL IF IT WAS DONE WELL (CAPACITOR REPLACEMENT).
