BRAD BLACK AND HIS TEAM WERE FANTASTIC TO WORK WITH EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. AS FIRST-TIME HOME BUYERS, AND NEW TO INDIANA, MY WIFE AND I WERE VERY SKEPTICAL OF THE INDUSTRY AND NOVICE TO THE ENTIRE PROCESS. BRAD TOOK AMPLE TIME TO EDUCATE US ON WHAT THE HOME MORTGAGE BOOKS, I PICKED UP FROM THE LIBRARY, DID NOT CONCISELY CONVEY. HE'S VERY PERSONABLE, PROFESSIONAL, AND AT NO POINT IN THE PROCESS DO YOU FEEL THAT HE JUST WANTS YOU TO SIGN ON THE DOTTED LINE. AT THE CLOSING TABLE, I WOULD NOT WANT TO HAVE ANYONE ELSE THERE THAN BRAD AND HIS CALCULATOR. I'D HIGHLY RECOMMEND MORTGAGE SYSTEMS, AND WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM FOR FUTURE HOME PURCHASES, AND REFINANCING.
