They're coming back to correct the issues. There was a lot of cat hair left after they had come. They said they did the baseboards, but they didn't. They only vacuumed two of the rooms. I think they were tired because it was the end of the day. They were supposed to be there for an hour and a half and they were there for an hour. The service was not acceptable, so that's why they're coming back.

We used Molly Maid for about a year. They send different teams to clean each time, so some visits were better than others. Overall, we did not have any issues and were satisfied with the cleaning and our contact with the main office. However, in April, I noticed items missing from my closet after two different visits. I called the main office and they told me the team that had been at my house after those visits no longer worked for Molly Maid. They said they would send a "form letter" to the two women asking them to return the items. Not surprisingly, that did not work and my items were never returned. The items probably totaled $150, but I was still frustrated with the theft. Molly Maid never offered to reimburse me for the missing items. They told me I could file a police report and the police could try to find the items. After this incident, I was not comfortable having Molly Maid in our home, and we canceled our service.

They're flexible and do a good job. The price is right for what they do. They're dependable.

My parents had company coming in and were unable to clean their house. I called several cleaning companies on a Wednesday and was understandably having trouble to find anyone who could clean by Friday. When we reached Molly Maids (in Carmel), they couldn't have been more helpful. She was able to take my parent's approximate square footage, bedrooms, baths, etc. and give us an estimate over the phone. I thought it was very reasonable for 3 beds, 3.5 baths, hardwood & carpet and about 3000 square feet She offered the very next day or Friday. On Friday, the two woman crew showed up exactly as promised. My mom is a self described germaphobe and neat freak. This is the first time she has ever been happy with someone cleaning for her. The crew did an excellent job. They listened to her priorities and the cleaning products she likes to use. She was thrilled! She said her hardwoods have never looked better. Zero complaints, only compliments. It was something of a miracle!

She arrived on time and dressed professionally. She took great care not to damage anything in my home. The dusting was very thorough, and the bathrooms and kitchen sparkled after the cleaning. Floors were well mopped and house smelled fresh and clean. Very happy with this cleaning service. She also put my rugs down by the doors before she left.

They do great work. I am going to continue using them. They have a crew that they assign to you. They are always very polite, and clean up after themselves VERY well. And, the dog and cat love them. That means they are good people as far as I am concerned. I would highly recommend them.

They are excellent.

The first couple of cleanings were good, but it has been going downhill since. They send different people every time, so there is no consistency either. I don't feel like they do a "deep cleaning". They do they same kind of job that I would do in my normal eveery day cleaning. A quick wipe down, instead of attention to detail. I am canceling my service and finding someone else.

They started out really well. As time went on, the service went downhill. The crew leader became rude in her exchanges and it seemed like everything I asked her was a problem. I decided not to use them any more because of that particular interaction.

Awesome job. Arrived right on time, worked tirelessly through all requested areas and left the house beautifully clean.

They are always responsive and prompt. They around work around my schedule.

I would give them an A+. They are always here when they say they are going to be. They do a good job. They don't waste any time. They go right to work.

They do an excellent job, we had another company and we didn't like the work they did. Their price is reasonable. We will continue to use them in the future.

Showed up when promised, completed work when promised and very thoroughly. Sparkling job and they put my rugs down by entry doors so anyone coming in after them did not get the floors dirty.

I've had them before and I was really impressed this time with their cleaning. Sometimes it was okay and sometimes it wasn't but this time it was fantastic. The house was very, very clean. I actually called and told them that they did a fabulous job.

The first cleaning was pretty good and then went down hill with each time they came out. In the end, their cleaning is comparable to what I do when I find out I've got company coming over in an hour and I run around doing a quick pick up and 'spit and shine'. Not what we want to pay $120 for. My husband called to cancel services and they didn't seem to care we weren't satisfied. We're going to try another company

Overall not as well as expected

Overall there service was pretty good. I had to be careful not to leave expensive glassware out to avoid have them nicked. During the last cleaning one of the maids stole $200 out of my nightstand. The were perfectly nice on the phone, but simple told me to file a police report after none of the maids on the team that day said that had done it. I thought there service was ok, but I can't afford to have a theif clean my house.

I have been using this service for approx 18 mos. Over the past 6 mos, we have had many issues. Things have been continually skipped during the cleaning (like appliances, dusting, floors, etc.) or were not done properly. They do have a guarantee to come back and clean anything that was not done properly, and we used this several times. However, this fix to the immediate problem does not help to prevent the situation from recurring. There seems to be little to no training for the people that are cleaning and the customer service from the office has gone from ok to terrible. This is a recap of my last 3 cleanings: Cleaning A, about 6 weeks ago - found that the floors, dusting, appliances, and bathtubs were not cleaned. Which begged the question, what was actually going on during the cleaning? (we were not home at the time). I called the office to complain and all I got was a rescheduled appt to fix the situation. That is good, but an apology or explanation would have been better. Cleaning B, about 4 weeks ago - found that the cleaning was better than Cleaning A, but still left a lot lacking. General straighening up was performed rather than actual cleaning. I called the company to discontinue my service, as I felt I was paying too much for the amount of cleaning that was actually occurring. They did apologize and admitted that the cleaning had been sub-par for many months. So I gave them one more chance to come back for Cleaning C, which they offered to do free of charge. Cleaning C, about 2 days ago - the cleaning appeared to be better than the previous 2, so at first I was happy. Then I decided to go around and inspect in more detail, since this was to be the deciding factor of whether I kept them or looked for someone else. Upon closer inspection, I found a layer of dust on shelves like you would not believe. Now tell me why I should have any dust on a shelf, let alone a thick layer, when I have had this cleaning service come every 2 weeks for 18 months straight? Very disappointing. The worst part was then I found a tear in my rug that was half-heartedly fixed, and the tear was not there before that cleaning. Accidents happen (and we've had more than our fair share from this company), but not telling the homeowner about it is inexcusable! I called them back to let them know about the dust and carpet and that I would be discontinuing the service and unfortunately never received a call back to explain or apologize or anything. That definitely made me realize I made the right decision in discontinuing their services.

I was going to switch because of some changes in my husband's payroll, but I found out that they don't have to be contracted to clean the entire house but in fact can just do certain rooms. $105 is the price for them to clean my entire house. They always answer their phones. They return phone calls. They address any issues. They are very good.
