Working with Nancy and Jen as a great experience.  We were in good hands from the start with a professional presentation of our project design and explanation of our project.  The design process was a true collaboration, with Nancy listening to our ideas and refining the final decisions with her expertise.  

We were paired with a contractor who respected our home and provided very high quality craftsmanship.

In the end we are very pleased with the results, and are eagerly anticipating our next project working with Mince Kitchen and Bath Design.

Mince KBD started with discussing our vision and options to get to the master bath design we wanted. Nancy Mince was patient and very helpful with both major and minor points working through the initial design, visiting tile - fixture - glass suppliers for initial selections, quoting, revisiting tile supplier for final selections, ordering materials, installation and follow up. Nancy Mince and their work crews were always on time and knowlegeable craftsmen. Their expertise guided us on several key points during construction clearly adding to the finished bathroom.
We appreciated Mince's fine balance of guidance while very open to our ideas as well as alerting us to options, features, selections that may have detracted from the final product.
The project was completed right on time with clear communication throughout. Thank you Nancy and Jen.

I cannot say enough kind words about Mince Kitchen and Bathroom Design LLC! They fit us in their schedule quickly and promptly sent a thank you email after visiting our home - I note this because out of 8 designers we had come out to our home ONLY Mince Kitchen and Bathroom Design LLC sent us a thank you! Nancy sent us a 3D drawing of our ideas with budget very quickly. We waited weeks to receive simple floor plans from other companies - and some did not even respond. They use contractors they know and trust and stand behind their work. We are almost a month into the planning process and we continue to be impressed. I cannot wait to come back and post before and after photos!
