MERIDIAN INSPECTION GROUP

The inspector arrived at property late and without a camera. Yes... he did not bring his camera. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt and allowed him to purchase a camera. He bought the cheapest one he could and continued with the inspection. While he did find problems with the electrical box. He did not find major defects with the foundation, insufficient attic insulation, and broken garage doors. Total cost of repairs over $15000.00 would not recommend this provider to anyone. Be careful when choosing an inspector. This guy was focused on finding little things but not major defects which is just the opposite of what I was concerned with. I am not sure if he even entered the attic.

He did come back and correct the problem and stated that he was surprised that the inspector missed it. I've not had another problem with that since then.

They were very thorough as well as patient. They did a great job with home inspection services. We actually have used them multiple times. Because of their inspection skills, we did not buy the first 2 homes inspected. Price is based off of a single inspection.
