I had obtained an estimate from Joe before having him fix the problem. The actual amount of work actually needed was more extensive then previously thought but he did not charge me extra for the parts and work.

This place was great! Not only did they find the problem but the fixed it quickly and at an affordable price. I will be using this company in the future for all my auto repairs.

They solved my problem for me. They also did a few extra things. They were very nice and brought me home when I dropped my car off.

They have been in business for at least 8 years. The owner seems very knowledgeable and is willing to work with you. I thought that they did a very good job and the cost was not as bad as other places. I feel that they are honest. They fixed exactly what was wrong with the car and there we have had no problems. We will be going back to them if we have any problem with the car.

They were able to get the work done in one day. They seemed honest. They are reliable.

Things went fine. A friend dropped me off to pick up my car, and I heard a noise when I started driving away. I took it back 3 or 4 times until it was fixed. The final time, I sat inside the shop and waited, as it was going to take about 45 minutes. That's when I heard one of the employees mouth off (in my opinion) to Joe, the owner. The worker was frustrated that no one had gotten him earlier so he could have fixed the problem initially. While I appreciate his concern, it came off poorly. The adage about commending in public and critiquing in private still holds true for me.

Overall it was a good experience. The service I received was professional, courteous and reasonable in terms of cost.

They are really great about explaining car problems and how to fix it. My car would mysteriously stop running if the temperatures would rise about 90 degrees. After a few visits to the shop, they figured it out. Would recommend.

They got me in the same day that I called and finished the work way ahead of schedule. Also, Joe checked my repairs for leaks and added some dye (just in case) for help with future work. Joe is extremely gracious and polite, and it was an excellent auto repair experience (one of my first since moving to Indy 4 years ago). I will be using this shop for any work that comes up in the future.

JOE ALWAYS DOES IT RIGHT AND AT A REASONABLE COST. HE EVEN SHOWED ME HOW TO DO A SIMPLE THERMOSTAT CHANGE MYSELF, GAVE ME THE PART #, AND TOLD ME WHERE TO BUY IT INSTEAD OF CHARGING ME TO DO IT HIMSELF. A VERY HONEST AND PERSONABLE PERSON, IT'S ALWAYS A PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH HIM. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE (AND HAVE) NEEDING A VEHICLE REPAIRED. HE DOESN'T MIND TAKING THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THE REPAIR AND GIVE OPTIONS WHEN NEEDED EITHER.

THEY GOT ME RIGHT IN, THEN THEY DROVE ME HOME AND PICKED ME UP WHEN THE CAR WAS READY. IT WAS OUTSTANDING SERVICE. IT WAS MUCH CHEAPER THAN ANOTHER QUOTE I GOT.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! THEY DO A REAL GOOD JOB!

I WOULD RECOMMEND JOE TO ANY PERSON LOOKING TO HAVE WORK DONE ON THEIR CAR. JOE IS VERY FAIR AND EXPLAINS EVERYTHING THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE AND WHAT ONES OPTIONS MAY BE. HE DOES EVERYTHING WITHIN HIS POWER TO SATISFY HIS CUSTOMER.
