PROMISED TO COME AND DO THE WORK NUMEROUS TIMES, NEVER SHOWING UP. HE MANAGED TO STRING ME ALONG FOR OVER 3 MONTHS BEFORE HE FINALLY SAID HE WOULD NOT DO THE WORK.
