Used car salesmen lied about the warranty and refuse to provide any support for a failed mattress. Run far away from these bottom feeders.

It was a very good experience. They gave me a memory foam pillow since the delivery was not available for free. They did take my old mattress and set up the new one. My son was supposed to come and take apart my old bed and couldn't so the salesman came and did that for me.

The sales person was courteous, knowledgable, friendly and helpful. They have a 100-day happiness guarantee, so we can trade the mattress or return it if we're not satisfied. The associate was also extremely patient with us as we tried out all the mattresses.
