I couldn't have asked for a better Realtor. Admittedly, I have special needs, and Marty helped keep me calm and collected throughout the entire process. She is extremely professional, yet very personable. She used the F.C. Tucker marketing materials to maximize the value and desirability of our home. F.C. Tucker has an amazing website which allows you to search for homes! Before our home was even on the market, we started looking at homes to see what we could get within our budget, to get a feel for different neighborhoods. These early visits were productive because we saw our new home on one of these trips. Marty guided us through this confusing process. She has since been to visit us twice in our new home to check on progress of renovations.
