Marie restored my childhood dresser/wardrobe into a beautiful piece that now is my treasured yarn and knitting center! I was amazed how she removed all the many layers of paint from my childhood color schemes. The piece had carved birds and tree limbs that she hand painted for me ~ I love everything about the finished piece. This is the person to restore your furniture back to how you want it.

Marie is so effective because she truly listens to her clients to understand the vision they have for the piece she is refinishing. In my case, she refinished an entire bedroom suite of furniture, furniture for my dressing room, and cabinet faces for my master bath and kitchen. The work product is exquisite, and whenever new projects arise, she is my first call. I have referred her to many of my friends. Marie is a consummate professional. I would give her 10 stars if I could!

Marie was great. Personable, professional, and so easy to work with. She took the time to explain the process and did not take short cuts with the dry time for finishing. I have used her for several pieces of furniture to give them a face lift and will do so again!

Marie did a fantastic job refinishing and reupholstering a set of antique chairs for us. I was nervous as they were old and much loved, but she was able to apply a beautiful new finish as well as new fabric including repair of existing seat structure. We couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. We recently moved and downsized much of our furniture, but these chairs are prominently displayed in our new home thanks to Marie’s beautiful attention to detail. You would always be glad you chose Marie to handle your furniture needs!

Marie did an unbelievable job transforming my outdated childhood dresser into something that I can continue using. Instead of paying thousands to purchase an entirely new dresser, Mary was able to repair and refinish my dresser into something that looks like it was just bought from crate and barrel.

Marie did a fantastic job. She did a table and six chairs that I owned about 4 years ago and they all still look great, with normal daily use by adults. She recently refinished and repaired an antique cedar chest I’ve owned for 20 years and it came out beautifully! The hinges on the lid broke and pulled off over the winter and she repaired those and added a soft close hinge, along with cute decorative handles on the side to make it easier to move around a room. It went from a piece I was wishy washy about to something I now love. Finally, she posted for sale this adorable little dresser she’d refinished and it’s beautiful in my guest bedroom. She’s providing me furniture I’m not going to want to part with!
