A horror show. In the 20 years we have been having work done on our homes, we have never had anyone who was so incompetent and then unwilling to be responsible. The company lacked professionalism from the outset until the time we terminated the contract with them. Their workmanship as judged by outside experts and by the Better Business Bureau (BBB) did not meet ordinary standards of acceptability. For example, tiles were put on a wall that was unsupported and therefore moveable, a shower ceiling was put in place without repairing known water leaks, a shower pan was placed upon an unsupported surface and not secured, workers stood on a new bathtub with chunks of mortar, they damaged a ceiling from water leaking, etc., etc. The company did not take any responsibility for their actions. Dispute resolution through the BBB showed them to be incompetent in this area and they were told to pay damages.
