The cleaner was prompt, courteous, professional, and did a terrific job. The scheduler was just great, as well, working between me, my m-i-l, and the cleaner - what time/day worked best, how many hours, who gets billed, where is the condo, etc. I would most definitely hire them again!

I have the same person that cleans my apartment every time, which I like. I don't like rotating people. They are very friendly, very cooperative and very responsive. They do a good job.

I have been using MaidPro for more than 5 years and we have never had a bad experience. I have often stated that this is the best money we spend, prior to hiring MaidPro we would spend a good portion of every weekend cleaning the house. By hiring MaidPro we get our weekends back and also get a much cleaner house out of it - they are pros. Reneé has been our dedicated cleaning professional for at least two years now, she is the best!

MaidPro does an exceptional job for us! It is so nice to come home to a clean house. They empty trash for us, vacuum, dust, clean bathrooms, make the beds, and wipe down countertops and appliances, among many other things that make a big difference.

I was very impressed by the the work that was done and the women that did the job. Very well done and very professional. The owner was very helpful by calling me before and after to make sure the agreement was in place and that I was satisfied and I have decided to continue to use their services on a regular basis.

We have been very happy with the quality of the cleans. We have two young children and work full time. It has been wonderful to have such a reliable and professional cleaning service available to us at an affordable price. I have heard several comments from friends that they have paid more for cleaning companies who have actually done less than what MaidPro offers. The cleaning staff at MaidPro routinely goes above and beyond to make sure we get a thorough clean. Amy, the owner, has also been great to work with. Requests for date changes and special requests have been accommodated without issue.

After being a client for seven years, I was told "I would need to be placed on a waiting list". Generally the cleaning service at our home has been acceptable. The administration and general service from the office has been questionable.Would not recommend them again.

Both ladies were great and the house looked wonderful after they left. Good follow through with reminder that they would be cleaning and the expected arrival time. Very professional.

They do a great job overall. If I have a concern, it is always addressed. I prefer to have the same team cleaning each week and they for the most part, when possible, they accommodate my request. They are always friendly and professional.

I have used MaidPro for about five years now. I've had cleaners before, but I've never been as satisfied with them as I have been with MaidPro. I don't even see them, they come while I'm at work, they bring all their own equipment and materials, the fee is charged to my credit card, I know the employees are being paid legally, and I return home to an immaculate house. I know the cost is higher for my 3500 square foot house than if I hired an individual, but I don't like having to manage someone myself or deal with letting them go if they do a bad job or don't show up. I use the service monthly, and since we are empty-nesters, the house says pretty clean in between with just some light maintenance cleaning. These cleaners get our shower door and stall to look brand-new instead of 17 years old, there is never a speck of dust, the stainless appliances look perfect, and the whole house smells fresh and clean. If I need to reschedule or have any issue at all, I call Amy and she deals with it right away, and in a friendly and professional manner. I plan to stick with MaidPro for a long time.

The staff arrived on-time, and after we walked through the house so that I could brief them on what we needed done, they got straight to work.

I probably should have sprung for another hour or so of work.  There did not seem to be much time to give the kitchen floor a deep clean, and one or two of the blinds still had a bit of dust on them after we finished up.  But for the time we put into cleaning and the amount of work that was done, I'm happy.

The staff managed to, in five hours of work, clean the entire place up.  I was working ahead of them in one or two rooms to move a few things around and get a load of dishes out of the sink, which worked out really well.  They cleaned up a little over 3000 sqft and it looks pretty good!

My only real complaint is that one of the staff must have smoked a cigarette between jobs.  Never once did anyone smoke on the job, never took a smoke break, and nothing was ever said about it.  While I don't agree with smoking, its their right.  But I did have a little trouble breathing for a few minutes after they arrived.  If it isn't a policy to not smoke during the day or between jobs, that might be a suggestion for the business to consider.
