"THIS HOME OWNER HAD THEIR HOME CLEANED WITH US 6 MONTHS AGO. THE COMPLAINTS THAT THEY HAD WITH US WERE FOR SERVICES THAT DID NOT REQUEST TO HAVE DONE WHEN THE HOME WAS SCHEDULED, THUS THE REASON WHY THEY WERE TOLD IT WOULD BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE TO GO BACK TO THE HOME AND COMPLETE SERVICES THAT WERE NOT INCLUDED IN THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE. WHEN CALLING US AFTER THE CLEANING TO REQUEST ADDITIONAL SERVICES THEY DID NOTE THAT THEY WERE SATISFIED WITH THE TASKS THAT WERE COMPLETED. THE PRICE THAT THEY PAID FOR THEIR MOVE-IN CLEAN WAS WELL WITHIN THE ESTIMATE RANGE THEY WERE GIVEN AT THE TIME THEY SCHEDULED THEIR CLEANING WITH US. WE APOLOGIZED FOR THE MISCOMMUNICATION IN SERVICES NEEDED FOR THEIR HOME."
"THE PRICE FOR HER MOVE-OUT CLEAN WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ESTIMATE GIVEN TO HER PRIOR TO SCHEDULING THE WORK. AS THE OWNER, I OFFERED HER A PROMPT TOUCH UP TO REMOVE THE WATER SPOTS ON HER SINKS BUT SHE DECLINED AND I GAVE HER A PARTIAL REFUND. DUE TO THE SAFETY OF OUR EMPLOYEES, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO CLEAN LIGHT BULBS WITH CHEMICALS AS SHE WISHED TO HAVE DONE. UNTIL READING THIS REPORT, THIS WAS THE FIRST I HEARD ABOUT INTERIOR CABINETS/MEDICINE CABINETS NOT BEING CLEANED. WHEN SETTING UP THE CLEANING FOR HER, SHE SAID SHE DID NOT WANT THAT WORK DONE."
"WE TRIED TO ACCOMMODATE THE CLEANING NEEDS OF THIS CUSTOMER, BUT HAD TO CANCEL HER SERVICE DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF ANIMAL FECES AND ODOR IN HER HOME. IT BECAME A HEALTH CONCERN FOR OUR EMPLOYEES AND WE FELT WE COULD NO LONGER SUBJECT THEM TO AN UNHEALTHY SITUATION. THANK YOU FOR ALLOWING A RESPONSE."
"The homeowner called the office five days after her service was rendered with 10 minutes worth of touch up which I told her we would take care of the next business day. I also told her to have the wall repaired and send me the bill for reimbursement. She said "no thank you" to both and hung up the phone. "UNFORTUNATELY THIS CUSTOMER DID NOT HAVE THE FUNDS TO PAY FOR HER CLEANING AND GAVE US A BAD CHECK - IT BOUNCED! WHEN WE CALLED HER TO ARRANGE FOR PAYMENT SHE HUNG UP ON US. SHE TOLD THE SUPERVISOR ON THE TEAM THAT SHE WAS HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK. SHE NEVER EXPRESSED CONCERN UNTIL IT WAS TIME TO PAY FOR ALL OF THE LABOR WE PUT INTO CLEANING HER HOME."
"RICK WAS GIVEN AN ESTIMATE OF 6-10 LABOR HOURS OR A TEAM OF TWO FOR 3-5 HOURS. THE HOME WAS VERY LIVED IN. WE SPENT 10 LABOR HOURS IN THE HOME AS ESTIMATED (TEAM OF TWO FOR 5 HOURS)."
