Lowes had contractor to do the job. It was very good experience.

Our experience with 'Lowe Professional Remodeling' was actually very exciting. The attention to detail was superior. After several years of thinking about how I wanted our new 'Master Suite' to look, it was awesome to see how it all came together and even exceeded my expectations.

Everything went smoothly.  David would not start the job until all of the needed components to complete the kitchen were on hand.  They did a great job gutted an old plaster kitchen and sealed it off well and minimize the mess in the house.  They worked quickly and efficiently and there was virtually no down time.   They completed the entire job in only 38 days (and that includes weekends and holidays!)

David and his crew were friendly and professional and did well with my two curious children constantly underfoot.  I definitely plan to use them again when I remodel our bathrooms!!

They did excellent work. They were under budget and got it done ahead of time. It was supposed to take one month and they got it done in 29 days. They vaccum when they leave. They were so good that we will hire them again to do another bathroom and our kitchen as well as flooring. They were very professional and personable. We would give them our highest recommendation.

Very satisfied with the quality...from consultation on tile selection to installation of the tile.

Nightmare. Demo cut the main water supply line for the toilet, flooded all three floors and then they were mad at us for getting upset about the situation. I refuse to say anything more other than it was stopped there and that was it.

We worked with Jean Keady. She was very professional, prompt, and did a fantastic job. We had a question concerning our billing, and she checked with the installers and took care of it.

They did a very nice job, so much so that we have ordered over $5,000 worth of carpeting from them. This work was part of a Case Remodeling project.

All of the workers were knowledgeable and courteous. The work that was performed was outstanding. Jane worked with us from the very beginning. She helped with design, color, texture choices, and how to save money. Her ideas were original and innovative. When the work was performed, her crews cut no corners. All the installations were very professional. The outcome exceeded our expectations. For the quality of work, the price was right on target.

OWNER IS PROMPT, BUT INSTALLERS DIDN'T SHOW UP UNTIL 10:30 ONE MORNING.

WE HAD THEM REMOVE ALL THE CARPET PADDING AND AN OLD WOOD FLOOR IN THE FAMILY ROOM. WE SELECTED CANADIAN CHERRY HARDWOOD FLOOR FOR THE DINING ROOM, LIVING ROOM, AND FAMILY ROOM DOWNSTAIRS AND ALL FOUR BEDROOMS UPSTAIRS. WE HAD THEM TILE THE BASEMENT AND THE MASTER BEDROOM BATHROOM. WE WERE IN THE PROCESS OF MOVING IN SO IT WAS TO THEIR ADVANTAGE THE HOUSE WAS EMPTY AND THEY DID NOT HAVE TO MOVE FURNITURE AROUND, THIS ALLOWED THEM TO COMPLETE THE JOB WITHIN TWO WEEKS. WHAT WE LIKED MOST ABOUT THEM WAS THEIR ATTENTION TO DETAIL, THE GUYS TRIMMED AROUND THE FIREPLACE AND WERE ABLE TO MATCH THE CEDAR CHAIR RAIL IN THE BASEMENT WITH NEW TRIM. JANE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE TO ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS WE HAD DURING THE PROJECT. EVERYONE WHO HAS VISITED THE HOUSE HAS BEEN IMPRESSED BY THE FLOORING, GREAT JOB!

JANE TAKES GREAT PRIDE IN ACHIEVING THE GOAL THE CUSTOMER HAS ENVISIONED. SHE ASSISTED US IN CHOOSING THE RIGHT CARPET FOR OUR HOUSE, BASED ON OUR FAMILY NEEDS, COLOR SCHEMES AND BUDGET, AND SAW THAT IT WAS INSTALLED QUICKLY AND ACCURATELY. ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR WORK!!!

WE CAN''T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT JANE LOWE AND COMPANY. JANE''S HUSBAND, DAVE, INSTALLS WITH MARTY HELPING. VERY PROFESSIONAL, NEAT AND CLEAN, AND WE DID NOT WORRY AT ALL THAT THEY WERE IN OUR HOME ALL WEEK WITHOUT US THERE. EXCELLENT JOB - SO PROFESSIONAL. THEY MADE THIS EXPERIENCE SO POSITIVE FOR US AND OUR HOME LOOKS GREAT.
