I contacted Seth, the LHI roofing salesperson, while he was working with my next door neighbor for roof & gutter replacement. Seth was never hard sell, was always available to answer my many questions, and worked with me at every step of the process. Per the schedule he provided to me, his roofing crew arrived promptly on the appointed day to tear off, repair, re shingle, and did a nice clean up for the one-day job. Seth visited the site several times during the day to make sure everything was done correctly per our agreement. The gutters and guards were put on the next afternoon. Again, great follow up by Seth to make sure everything was done & I was happy with the end product. It was great working with LHI and I highly recommend them. I would definitely use them again!

What a great experience!
The guys at Leising Home Improvement are responsive, punctual, and do great work.
I have used this company for various small home improvement projects over the past several years. I have had doors replaced, window pane replacement, tile floor repair, and wood floor installation.
Recently I needed to have cracked grout and tiles repaired in a master bathroom. LHI came out to look at the job and set a time for the work to be completed the following week. They arrived on time and were polite and professional. When the tile was removed we noticed that the previous home owners had laid tile directly on the subfloor, with no backer board, and in one place had stuffed carpet into a space between jousts for leveling instead of laying subfloor. All of these issues were fixed on the spot the day of the work even though they were unexpected findings. All of the grout was colored to match. The end result is a bathroom tile floor that looks brand new. I am more than pleased with the results and especially happy that we have tiles that do not wobble when stepped on.

Leising shows up on time, they are honest and do the work well and promptly. The crew all seem to be very nice and polite men. He phoned me ahead of time, and he was very good about working around my schedule. They left my house very neat and vacuumed the floors when they were finished. He removed the old trim and installed the new trim so neatly that we did not have to touch up the wall paint when the window was done.We have been replacing our windows and doors over the past several years with Pella products from Lowe's. This installer is the main reason why I buy the products from Lowe's.

After the sales rep from Lowes completed initial measurements, Josh Leising called within a couple of days to set up a time to measure again. Josh was great to work with - returned phone calls promptly. He and his crew did a great job on the window installation and cleaning up. I would definitely use their services again.

Everything was fine with them. I can't say that there was anything I did not like or anything. Everything went fine. They were very prompt and neat with their work. They did a good job.

I purchased replacement casement windows from Lowes and Leising Home Improvements was the installer. Josh came out to the house before the windows came in to introduce himself and to get some measurements. When Lowes called to tell me the windows had arrived I received a call from Josh the same day to schedule the installation. Josh and the crew arrived on time, were polite, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Overall they did a great job and I would definitely hire/recommend LHI for future work.

The work was completed in 4 hours and all old was removed. The site was cleaned before leaving. I was thankful to have a company provide work correctly the first time.

My experience with LHI was fantastic! I was struggling to find a design and couldn't find any "stock" styles that I liked. While on vacation, I spotted a shed that had what I wanted - so I stopped the car and took pictures. Once home, I called Josh and asked him if he could work from that. He came over and we worked through the style and features I wanted - he made it very easy and was quick to remind me of things I hadn't thought of - prime location in the yard, space considerations with existing trees and fences, recommendations on the most cost efficient materials, and overall design concepts. Within the week, Josh and his crew arrived with the lumber and dove right in. In the blink of an eye, I saw my vague vision come into focus with the shed - it was even better than I had described! The crew worked hard and everyone was extremely polite, pleasant, and professional. They even had to contend with my two dogs - specifically my puppy Basset "Stella", who took great joy in stealing tools, gloves, etc and running under our deck with her new treasure. I felt bad for it, but they chuckled and took it all in stride...they never complained. Of course, before he was finished, I had some new ideas (i.e. last minute changes/request). Other contractors would have said, "sorry this is what you originally asked for". Not LHI - they listened to my design change and incorporated the last minute change of adding a small windowed dormer on the roof to let in more light. I returned home from work the next day - and poof there it was! Aside from the job itself, LHI had very competitive pricing. Josh knew that I was concerned with expense and had a limited budget. That's where his experience came in to provide cost efficient solutions to my design ideas. I ended up with a shed that was better than any other design I had spec'd out and less expensive than every other estimate. My wife and I are extremely happy with the quality and design of the shed - ok I'm happier than she is...because it's a shed. But thanks to LHI's efforts, my wife didn't have to battle lawn mowers, yard tools, wheel barrows, and the like to get in and out of her car in the garage! Also, I was able to get a shed that was larger than "stock" sheds, yet still dimensioned to not take over the yard...and yes, every guy wants a larger shed. Now...I have to go call LHI to begin work on remodeling my basement!

Josh was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. The job was small and most didn't want to be bothered with it, but LHI was willing to help us. The price was great and the quality of workmanship was excellent. Very professional, punctual and the job went just as we were told. My business remained opened while they worked on the floor and no one even knew they were there. I will definetly use them in the future.

Josh and Judd were very professional and accommodating. They were respectful of our home, completed the work on a timely basis, and cleaned up after themselves. They even moved the washer and dryer out and back for us twice, since there was a short time delay between the drywall work and floor work, which allowed us to use them during the construction.

The Leisings are wonderful to work with and extremely knowledgeable. Each time I had a question, and I always seem to come up with several, all I had to do was call and they would call back immediately and address my questions. They were reliable and very pleasant. We have gone back to them many times for other projects also. And have several pending for when the weather gets a bit warmer. Wonderful guys! I highly recommend them to everyone. You won't be disappointed.
