Needless to say, it isn't going well. The owner, although apologetic enough, doesn't realize that one does not run a business this way. I would strongly discourage anyone from doing business with Carmel Cleaners. There are many other businesses in town who provide the same services.

I asked them about a dance costume, and they were very honest to tell me they would not attempt it. He is very particular, and they are very honest about working on stains, and if they think they can get it out. Price is a approximate, depending on the item.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THESE WERE OLDER, ANTIQUE SATIN DRAPES. THEY HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED FOR AWHILE. THERE WERE SOME SPOTS THAT HE COULD NOT GET OUT, BUT THE OVERALL EFFECT WAS THAT HE DID A REALLY NICE JOB. I DIDN'T HAVE ANYTHING TO COMPARE TO, BUT I FEEL HE WAS QUITE REASONABLY PRICED.
