It was great. For some reason, the market in our price range was a little bit dead when we were trying to sell. Kyle came up with alternate strategies, so we could increase our showings. He was patient and supportive while we looked at literally dozens and dozens of potential homes. He helped us evaluate whether to buy a pre-existing home or build a new one. He had great information about what neighborhoods to look at, what specific locations within those neighborhoods were preferable and what we should consider long-term about each potential home. He never tried to rush us into a sale. His experience and knowledge helped us make better, more informed decisions. I cannot imagine buying a home, or selling one, without first seeking out Kyle's advice.

Kyle was fantastic. This is the 6th house we have bought and this was by far the best experience. Initially, we started out of town and came into Carmel for a weekend to look for houses. He was always available. He was very honest about each house and was not concerned about selling us the most expensive house for his commission. He discussed resale value, quality of construction, advantages and disadvantages of location, and value of the purchase. We gave him a list of houses we wanted to see and he showed us them as well as others he thought we would like. Each subsequent visit he showed us more houses all throughout Carmel to ensure we knew every part of the city. The house we ended up buying, came on the market the day before we saw it. He knew exactly what we wanted. It was the perfect house and had every amenity we requested.He knew what we wanted and found it. I would RECOMMEND Kyle to anyone looking for a house. He is Awesome.
