Paid $105 for general cleaning service. Price quoted was great however, when you come to someone's home an hour late and only run the sweeper, it is a rip off. Did not dust, did not wipe down counters, did not mop bathroom floors. Swept carpet and put cleaner in toilets. That's it - they should close down.

I was not happy with the quality and sent an email to the owner who responded very quickly. I told her it seems they missed some things. I specifically mentioned the light fixtures and vaccuuming job. She said they would be back on Monday to do a better job with what they missed. On Monday (11/9), I spoke over the phone with one of the ladies who came back to clean the house. She asked what it was that was missed and I told her that what stood out the most was the light fixture in the kitchen. She said she cleaned that herself but would do it again. When I got home and inspected the light, I was not happy. I got a dust wand and started dusting the light and watched as dust and animal hair fell down to the table.

"I am not quite sure what happened with the dusting of the light fixture. The member's mom was at his house when I sent a supervisor to re-clean it and she was a witness that it was wiped with a damp rag. I can only assume that this customer had a dust wand that was full of dust when he used it. I'm sorry it didn't work out. I have never had this problem with a customer. We have 85 happy clients, however, we can't please everyone."

Things are going pretty well with them. They are good at cleaning. The owner, who we have had a lot of contact with, is really nice. She has been very easy to work with and flexible.

They are super friendly and are easy to talk to. If you need to change anything or want them to improve on tasks, they are always willing to listen. They do a good job with the cleaning. They are quick and it doesn't take them all day to do the work. We will continue to use them in the future.

The owner is very friendly and eager to do a nice job. I inquired about cleaning our curio cabinet interior and she cleaned it for us personally. This was our first professional home cleaning. Aside from our cat being very terrified of all the vacuums, the house looked very nice when they were finished.
