Straight "A's" in all categories. The fact that I hired him a second time for additional work should be enough to say that I'm pleased. Beyond that, I have and will continue to recommend this business.

His name is Keith. He did excellent work and I could not be happier. He is not cheap but well worth it.

Both times, Keith new exactly what he was doing and I was happy with his speed and the final product.

After using Keith at Kleeco, for installing two home entertainment systems and for improving our home networking capabilities, I must say that we are pleased as punch! We met Keith after obtaining one other bid for our main entertainment system.  After meeting with Keith, we looked no further…we knew that he was our guy for these jobs. Although we initially got bids for both our main home entertainment system as well as a secondary system in the basement, we decided to let Keith have a go at the smaller entertainment job first, so we could have a bit extra time to plan out our main system. First, let me say, Kleeco is a one-man show. No sub-contractors, and no variable employees with different levels of skills. When you hire Kleeco, you get the owner and the individual fully invested in making you a satisfied customer. Ask Keith for advice and you will get it – however, if you have preferences, he will work with that, too. A few details about the smaller job for our basement system:  To get a surround sound system with in-wall ceiling speakers, Keith had to run a lot of cables through the ceiling and walls (no small feat; but Keith previously did some work as a housing contractor so he knows how to deal with these challenges). We purchased some new hardware and recycled some of pieces from our main system. Keith got our flat-screen mounted on the wall, wired the rear speakers through a complicated ceiling, and hooked up our components to our old Logitech remote. We were so pleased with his work ethic and his install (supremely tidy cables!), we immediately took the plunge for our main system, and purchased multiple pieces of hardware through Keith, as well as a few items through outside vendors. Our main home entertainment system required hanging a wall mounted Salamander Berlin 247 cabinet with a 65” TV above it . Our goal was to have no wires visible – it required extensive in-wall cabling in order to achieve the clean, wireless look that wanted. We purchased all new hardware (separate amp, tuner, DVD player, CD player etc), along with all new main and surround speakers, and we couldn’t be more thrilled. Since the initial install, the CD player (I ordered from Amazon.com) died and we had to have Keith back over to install a new player and reprogram our RTI remote (which makes the entire system run on a click of an iPad button…using his own user-friendly programming).  In addition, we had Keith install a Sonos system for flexibility and wireless audio, and also digital media storage. He even worked on my computer’s flakey Wifi issues to get me decent access for working in the basement of our home.  I am a research scientist with an unusually high attention to detail, but the work that was done exceeded my expectations. He remains available to us when we have questions (always extremely prompt in replying), and he is always willing to help us out when we have needed it. He is on our 5-star list for companies that have worked in our home, and we highly recommend him without reservation. As a side note, his personality/demeanor is superb, and he takes time to explain things and ensure that you have full understanding of how to work the system. He also was able to patiently and successfully navigate the wants/needs of a husband/wife duo that were not fully on the same page in terms of function vs aesthetics.

Please note that the costs we provide include only the labor for the two audio/TV systems ($865 for basement and $1565 for living room), because the cost of selected audio components are highly variable, we deleted these from the total costs. Prices were very reasonable compared to the one other estimate that we obtained, and Keith was efficient and tidy in his work.

 

Kieth was very professional and responsive to all questions.  He helped with selection of equipment and worked with manufacturer to get the best price.  He interfaced all of our existing devices and reprogrammed all the remotes.  He reorganized all of our wiring as well.  Always happy to answer questions after the job was completed.  I would recommend this company for all your AV needs.

Keith was very nice, professional and willing to explain everything he was doing. Additionally, he found unique solutions for organization of wires and made the electronics look well organized around the TV and soundbar. His solutions for our internet issues solved all our problems and we now have great internet throughout the home (both wired and wireless).

Everything went wonderfully! I would definately recommend Kleeco again.

Keith quickly determined that my Onkyo Receiver was history and was out of warranty.  He brought a new one with him and hooked it up to the many components(TV,DVR,VCR,Cable connection, etc).  He then reconfiqured my iPad remote and tested it to make sure all was working.  The new Receiver is bluetooth and we connected my iPhone and tested the music thru the system.  All this was accomplished in 1.5 hours.  Keith is very professional, polite and knowledgable about all electronics.  I wouldn't call anyone else. 

Install HDMI wiring from one room to another, mounted a flat screen TV to a wheeled TV stand. Effort was straightforward and professional. Everything was to my satisfaction. Cleaned up afterwards.

I bought a home that had some built-in speakers, but no functional system.  I was in the process of finishing my basement and wanted a solid and easy-to-use A/V system.  Kleeco was prompt, professional and understood my wishlist while not completely blowing out the budget.  I received estimates from other A/V specialists, but they were not as straight-forward and some wanted to sell additional items including home security, etc.  Kleeco adjusted his original plan/estimate based on my concerns.  He was very easy to work with.
He scheduled his work with regards to when my basement project was at an appropriate stage.  His hourly price is reasonable and I do not believe that he took advantage of the hourly charges.  He always worked hard and did not seem to take any breaks.
Prior to Kleeco's work, I had an unorganized mess of wires.  Now, everything is situated neatly.  I use my iPad to control the projector, DVD player and additional TV.  I use the iPad or my iPhone to play music through multiple zones in my house with the Sonos system.  Everything has worked smoothly. 
All of this work was performed in early 2013.  Since then, I have contacted Kleeco at least twice concerning changes that I wanted to make or other concerns.  He is very easy to contact and replies promptly.  One of the issues was a quick fix that he described to me over the phone.  He didn't charge me for that interaction. 
Overall, Kleeco was easy to work with, charged a fair price, has good expertise and made suggestions that I have enjoyed over time, and has been accessible for follow-up questions and adjustments.

They're fine. He was at my neighbors and I saw them, so he took time out of his schedule to hang my TV up. He did a nice job for us.

He's wonderful.  I give him A's across the board.  He's been more than helpful.  I would definitely recommend him.

They're are absolutely wonderful. I can't say enough good about the guy. He's kind of expensive, but it's worth it because he comes in right away and gets it done.
