Appliance Sale
The refrigerator was not delivered until 3 days after closing on our newly built home. When it was installed it was defective and froze all of the food in our refrigerator costing us over $100 in lost food. We contacted Kitchenaid and they sent someone out, however, they could not come back out to repair it for a week. I called the service department again and they said they could not get a technician out any earlier. I have given up hope that they will quickly resolve the issue that they install defective products, but would like reimbursement for the food that was ruined by their product and lack of quick response.

Appliance Sale
The fridge started freezing food. I have to call them to get a service call. The company they sent out has NOT fixed the problem and Kitchenaid doesn't seem to care. Their product is good but the service is lousy as they are not living up to the warranty I purchased and they are unresponsive to their customer's needs.
