Bob and Shirley were amazing. I called their company when I went to look at a condo. I ended up buying a totally different condo almost a year later, and Bob and Shirley were with me all the way. They answered any and all questions I had regarding selling and buying homes. Bob took the time to walk me through each step and made sure to slow it down and break down legal jargon to layman's terms. He also explained the differences in a condo property vs. the single family home I sold. His knowledge of the real estate market is exceptional. When I got down because of how long it was taking to sell my home, Bob told me to keep the faith and that when things start happening, they will happen quickly. That is exactly what happened. Bob's knowledge helped keep me sane as unexpected obstacles appeared. I'm not sure exactly what I paid for their services, but their fee is well earned. He never tried to sell me on a home. Instead, he listened to what I wanted and helped me find the perfect house for me. If I ever sell/buy again or have a friend in need of a real estate agent, I definitely will recommend Kincaid Realtors.

Very, very helpful through the whole buying process. It was my first home buying experience and I was nervous through the whole process because it was something new to me. I got outstanding advice,but better yet after the purchase was done I have continued to receive assistance. It didn't matter that the deal was done. Since I was a new homeowner I had more questions after the sale was completed. I received the same detailed, thorough and willingly support that I received before the sale. Many years ago I purchased my first home from Robert Kincaid, and since then I have purchased several investment properties from Kincaid Realtors. I have always found Bob and the other team members to go above and beyond what is normally expected from a real estate company to get the job done. Shirley Mueller, part of the real estate team, does an excellent job presenting the property to her staging and photography.

The process was challenging due the economy and tightened regulations, but all worked out well in the end. Mr. Kincaid was very honest and worked very hard through the work process. He was very helpful with his expert knowledge throughout the process, and even continued to offer assistance and answer questions in-depth after the sale was complete. He's someone who wants what is best for all involved and looks out for everyone's best interest. I would highly recommend Kincaid Realtors when buying or selling a property.

She took me on showings. She was always on time and explained all financial aspects to me. Very personalized service. She even went to the inspection with me. At the closing, we ran into a few issues with getting the key and she went to great lengths to make sure we had a locksmith there as soon as possible. She had even cleaned out the fridge herself because the previous owner had left food in there. She really kept me updated and in the loop on everything that happened. I would definitely refer them to family and friends.
