Buying or selling a home can be stressful. So many questions to ask , so many answers to consider. Keith and his team made the journey less painful. They were always there for me. From photographing my home to scheduling showings. Always available with great advice and knowledge that comes with experience. Special acknowledgements to Kristen in the office , and Jan who is always upbeat and a wonderful person . All very smart and savy people, a great office to work with .
The end result is what matters most for us. Jan helped keep together a very difficult transaction for purchase of a short-sale home over a period of 4-5 months. Through Jan's responsiveness to our requests to show backups in case the deal fell through, to her spot-on referrals that helped to seal the deal (GREAT mortgage broker referred), we were very happy to have someone with great experiences to help navigate the transaction. We have bought and sold several homes over the years and have never had the kind of excellent support and professional service from a Realtor that we had from Keith Albrecht and his team at RE/MAX. Our decision to sell came at a time when the real estate market was soft and homes of our size and price were not moving very quickly. We knew of Keith's stellar reputation in the community and his record of success so we contacted him as soon as we made the decision to move. He was at our house within 24 hours laying out a comprehensive game plan in terms of timing, pricing and an overall marketing strategy. The following day his team was already on site taking pictures and advising us on getting our home ready to show. Within a week the house was on the market and we received an offer just five days later. Not only did the house sell quickly but for close to the full asking price. While waiting for the home inspection and appraisal, Keith and his team identified and showed us dozens of prospective new homes that met our criteria. We were able to sell our old home and move into our new one in record time thanks to the diligent work and commitment of the Keith Albrecht Team. We would definitely use Keith again and would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.

The Albrecht Team put together a fantastic marketing brochure for our home, and within 5 days we had 10 showings. In ten days, we received an excellent offer! In fact, the final contract price was well above where the 'other' realtors wanted us to start pricing!
It turns out that choosing the Albrecht Team was a smart move for another reason. Following the inspection, our buyer asked for major repairs which we believed were completely unnecessary. The negotiations got a bit 'sticky' and dragged on, getting closer and closer to our closing date. Keith and his team were always working in our best interest, and in the end, the negotiation worked in our favor. Closing went ahead smoothly.
There's no question in my mind that, had we chosen a less experienced, less capable realtor, things would not have gone so smoothly - and we wouldn't have received such a great price for our home.
Again a phone conference discussed decisions on pricing, utilities, yard maintenance, deposit, smoking/nonsmoking, pets, etc. An appointment for a late Tuesday afternoon was made to meet for a tour, photographs and any suggestions/recommendations for final preparation of the property. I arrived before the set time and the agent was already taking pictures of the outside of the property.
The listing was live the next morning. Immediately, showings were scheduled. We received a report of prospective tenants with feedback at the end of the week. We asked to receive courtesy calls when a showing was scheduled. This was set up as requested. Communication has been by phone, email, in person and in the office with wonderful customer service and professionalism with each and every . Calls have always been returned promptly.
