Keepsake Media did a wonderful job preserving our family memories! My entire family enjoyed and reminisced about our childhood years this past Christmas with the new DVD that Keepsake Media produced from our old films!

I was pleased to find somewhere close that I could confidently drop off a few of our family VHS tapes to have them converted to DVD. I called ahead to confirm someone would be available for me to drop the tapes off to, and was able to get them right in. I was given the time frame of a week and received the call one week later that they were done and ready for pick-up. I wasn't sure how long the tapes were, but understood clearly that any time over two hours on the tapes would be an additional fee. Clayton was very professional in explaining how the pricing worked, how the videos turned out, and I won't hesitate to take additional family videos in to Keepsake Media Group.

I spent between a $100 to $200 on that work. My experience on that work was fine. The service was good.

I like them because they are local. I decided to use them because they had a sale going on so their prices at that time were attractive.

I visited them for burning a movie in a DVD. They are very good.

It went very well. We were pleased with the results and felt the price was very reasonable.

Quick turn around and good quality video with music. Priceless memories now on DVD.

We are very pleased with the result. The company also made labels for the cds with our father's name, name of song and the date he recorded it.

Keepsake Media Group moved on 3/4/10 to 160 West Carmel Drive, Suite 271, in Kirby Park East. This individual record was recorded in an RCA TV studio in 1940. It has family interest because it contains the voices of my mother and father, who have been deceased for a number of years. My grandchildren did not know them and now can hear their voices. Jim Britt took the record, which was deteriorating (plastic on metal), and rerecorded on a CD. He was able to eliminate much of the scratchy sound and slow the speed so the voices were normal. He made two tracks: one with hardly no noise, but with a little more difficulty understanding the voices. The other track had more noise, but the voices could be better understood. Amazing, especially to hear my father's voice (who died in 1942). One other firm offered to do the job for a mininum of $75. The $31.90 was for the CD and two copies.

When I first called the person was not very enthusiastic, but I wanted to give them a try. They were very nice when I dropped the videos off, and had them ready before they were promised. They were also very friendly when I picked them up. The only negative for this company is that they don't give a price break if you ask for multiple copies of the same video.
