Keepsake Digitize Everything

Very good. Had about 60 converted to dvd. Were very professional, helpful and personable.

It has been a while since I used Keepsake Digitize Everything, so date is very approximate. I used them to transfer some old family slides to digital. It was well, the price was reasonable, the job was completed quickly. I am very pleased with the results. I am planning on using them again soon, as I have another set of slides to transfer.

Did what they said they would do within the time frame they stated.

I could not have asked for more! He was extremely professional, had difficulty with the program as well and was in contact with me to ask questions several times. Ultimately I left my laptop with him and before I could ask about security he assured me it would be locked in a safe in the evening. After several probem solving efforts he was able to download and burn the discs for me. The quality was excellent and his attentiveness, and persistence was above anything I could have hoped for. His prices are extremely reasonable and all 5 siblings and my children have a copy of the slideshow to a keepsake of our mother and grandmother's legacy. I would recommend Keepsake Media Group to anyone!

It was a great experience to work with Brian on this project. I had found four VHS tapes that held some of the best events in my son's life and I wanted to keep them up to date with the current technology. The price was great and the work was completed within a week. I watched all of the DVD's last night and they were perfect! I am working on a long-term project to scan all of the Family's historical pictures from the early 20th century - Keepsake will be my partner of choice - super work!

They were very personable. It was same day service. He let me try it to make sure that they worked. Their names were Brian and James. I was impressed with their business. I thought that that was a very reasonable price for copying the DVDs. I would use them again.

I recently discovered a huge stash of family films and wanted to convert them to digital. Searching online, I was not happy with the reviews or services of chain-associated and mail-in companies (limited dvd packages, even copy-protected! options, lost films, bad experiences, high cost). Keepsake offered the best of all worlds - local, conversion specific to my requests (I wanted the raw video), quick turn-around, best price (which I researched extensively), and he even allowed me to borrow a film viewer to preview film reels. There's no way I could have possibly converted everything, so that was very much appreciated. I dropped off numerous 8mm and super8 reels and a portable hard-drive. In return, I received the master copy on dv tape, and the converted video on hd in several formats including the one I'd requested. Very high quality and I felt he went above and beyond. Extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend to anyone looking for video services!

They were wonderful to work with. The answered all questions, gave advise on other materials that I will have transfered in the future. They completed the work on time. A completely positive experience.

They tried to charge me extra when I picked it up. I called and said I needed it for the holidays, the owner said no problem...they were advertised like eight dollars per tape and then his assistant told me to take a look around. When I got there the next day, I looked around...then he said “We did this by priority by whose going to pay the surcharge to get it in time for Christmas.” That's not what was quoted to me on the phone and I never had a commitment with my family. He doubled the price and I said can we negotiate it. He negotiated it down to I guess $13 or $14 a tape instead of $17 a tape. Then when I got there, the owner waited on me when I picked it up a day and a half later...the owner said that he will charge me additional $14 for an extra tape. I told him what had happened and he said "It's Christmas."...and I said “You never told me that...that is price gouging.” I said I'm in Angie's List; I will pay you but give me my tapes. He said "I don't want any problem with Angie's List." I said "You jack up the price for me and you will pay for review...I will be honest...It’s different from what you told me."

Keepsake Media took bits of game film we had put onto drive and made a nice video. They then transferred to film to multiple dvds. They did a wonderful job, really looked professional. I would recommend this company.

Process was done in a timely fashion, was done well. When there was a problem with one of the old VHS, they were honest about it. They were very professional and nice. Nice small local business that I have recommended to several friends.

Positive experience with very important family movies.

I took a total of 26 VCR tapes in to see if they could be transferred into DVDs. I took them in 3 separate trips. I no longer have a VCR player and had no way to watch my old home movies from when my children were little. I was told upfront what the cost would be and approximately how long it would take to complete this job. It took approximately a week for them to complete the job as I was promised and they called me to let me know that they were ready. My VCR tapes were fairly old, some were at least 25 years old and at least one of them had to be repaired for them to be able to transfer the movies over to DVD. When I picked them up, they had each DVD in a separate clear case. Each DVD has a label printed on it with the date information that I had written on the VCR tape that is easily read through the clear case. Now my family can enjoy watching old home movies and I no longer have to worry about losing the movies since the VCR tapes were deteriorating.

They are fantastic! I couldn't believe it, they are awesome. They were timely and reasonably priced. We can duplicate them if we want to, there weren't any restrictions on it.

They did a great job. The price was less than originally quoted. The DVDs came out well and were packaged nicely.

I first contacted them by phone to find out about their services and how their pricing system worked. I labeled the reels in the basic order they needed to be converted and dropped them all off at their office. Within the estimated time frame they called and advised that the project was completed. Considering that some of the older films were from the early 1950's and had some age on the films, the final product was captured quite well onto the dvd's. To our family the pure history preservation made the project priceless. Well worth the time, effort and even the cost. (Having never had to use such conversion services before I really had no measure of what acceptable cost would be.)

It was the first time I had used them. They were great. I plan to use them again.

I had planned on copying all our old 8mm tapes to DVD for years. When I sat down to do it I found that due to using a few different cameras over the last 20 years my current camera wouldn't play some of the old tapes. My fear was that the tapes had been damaged but after talking to Keepsake they assured me that it was most likely due to recording speed, different camera, etc. We couldn't be happier. They got each tape transferred and everything looks great. I wish I would have done this years ago. We would not hesitate to use them again.

I had been stewing for years about doing something with the old 8mm film I had sitting in canisters for many years and was very worried that they might have already degraded to a significant degree. After considering other services that involved sending them off in the mail (something I wanted to avoid), I found Keepsake on Angie's list and decided to give them a try. They were very professional and reassuring and told me they would have them done in a week. I was amazed at the quality of their work! The quality of the DVDs of the 60-year-old films was outstanding, and the music they dubbed in was very appropriate and unobtrusive. They also did a terrific job on the 8mm videotape. The price for the whole job was very reasonable - much less, in fact, than I though it would cost. We'll be going back to have all of our film and 8mm videotapes transferred in stages over the next year or so. I couldn't have been happier with the whole experience!
