My wife and I were young home buyers. We felt pushed around by other realtors we had worked with. When we spoke to Kathy we expressed these concerns. She showed us several houses and was patient with us the entire process. She was always very upbeat and friendly. We never felt any pressure to purchase. When we found a house we liked she did an excellent job explaining the buying process. When we closed on the home she had prepared a CD-rom with all the closing information. Even after we closed we continue to hear from Kathy. She really cares about her customers. We will definitely use her in the future for any home buying or selling that we may need and will refer her to family and friends.
