We were THRILLED with the experience we had with both Keller Williams and in particular Karen. She was a gem to work with and went far above and beyond to ensure we found the perfect home. She was extremely flexible with appointments (even driving us around on her birthday!). Not only is she a lot of fun to be around but she is extremely professional and intelligent about residential real estate in Indiana. She knows her stuff! Seeing as this was our first home, we had TONS of questions but Karen walked us through the process and was able to represent us well; particularly when negotiating with the sellers and their brokers. It's obvious she really enjoys what she does and her energy and attitude certainly brightened the process for us.
