EXCELLENT SERVICE. BUILDER, WHO NOT ONLY IS A FRAMING EXPERT BUT HAS GOOD, GENERAL KNOWLEDGE ABOUT HOME INSTRUCTION AND WORKS FOR HABITAT FOR HUMANITY WAS FAIR IN ESTIMATING COSTS, HAD HIGHLY COMPETENT CREW, AND COMPLETED PROJECT WITHIN FOUR DAYS FROM BEGINNING OF WORK. HAVING CONSULTED SEVERAL OTHER BUILDERS AND GENERAL CONTRACTORS, HIS PRICE WAS FAIR. MORE IMPORTANTLY, HE DID THE WORK WELL. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL, INFORMATIVE, AND TRUTHFUL. I WOULD BRING HIM BACK TO WORK ON ANY OTHER PROJECT THAT SUITED HIS EXPERTISE. HE RESPONDED TO PHONE CALLS IMMEDIATELY AND WAS CONSISTENT IN HIS FOLLOW-UP TO ACTIONS THAT HE SAID HE WOULD UPHOLD BASED ON THEM.

MR KANCS DID A NICE JOB OF HAVING EVERYTHING MATCH THE ORIGINAL ARCHITECTURE OF THE HOUSE. HE CLEANED EVERYTHING UP, TOO.
