Julia Evinger

We used Julia as our buyer's agent for our first home purchase.  She was recommended to my by a mortgage broker that I highly respect.  She took the time to educate us fully about the home buying process.  She took our initial requests/expectations in home purchases, and pulled up a list of homes.  The home we now live in was on the first list, and we kept trying to find others so we would have a second option if needed.  We didn't need a second option.  We couldn't be happier with our experience.  Julia took us through it step by step, and worked in our best interests.  When we had a little difficulty coming to an agreement on necessary repairs for our home, Julia was able to use her relationship with the seller's agent to help clarify any confusion and to get our home ready for us to purchase. Julia is very patient and knowledgeable.  She did not force us or use any high pressure techniques to get us to make the purchase quicker, she just helped guide us and answer our questions.  We met her and moved into our new home within a month and a half.  She works quick, plus it helps that we were able to find a home that fit all of our wants so quickly.
