MOST OF THE WORK WAS DONE SATISFACTORILY, ALTHOUGH THERE WERE SEVERAL DAYS THAT HE DIDN'T SHOW UP, SO THE WORK TOOK QUITE A BIT MORE TIME THAN IT SHOULD HAVE. THE BIGGEST PROBLEM WAS THAT HE REQUESTED FULL PAYMENT WHILE THERE WAS STILL A FAIR AMOUNT OF FINISHING WORK TO BE DONE, MOSTLY DRYWALL FINISHING AND TRIM PIECES. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER, BUT I PAID HIM AFTER HE ASSURED ME THAT HE WOULD BE BACK ON MONDAY. HE DID NOT SHOW UP AGAIN. I CALLED, BUT HE QUIT ANSWERING HIS PHONE, AND HE DID NOT RESPOND TO THE MESSAGES. WE HAD TO FINISH THE WORK OURSELVES. HE DEFINITELY KNEW THAT HE WAS NOT FINISHED WITH THE WORK, BUT ONCE I PAID HIM, HE JUST LEFT THE WORK BEHIND. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.

VERY PERSONABLE. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE WASNT PHASED BY THE SITUATION THAT THE DOOR DID NOT FIT THE WAY IT WAS SUPPOSED TO. HE SPENT MUCH MORE TIME THAN ORIGINALLY THOUGHT. HE BASICALLY CUSTOM FIT THE DOORS, A LOT OF CUTTING INVOLVED. AFTER SEEING THE WORK INVOLVED, ANY HOME OWNER WOULD NOT WANT TO DO THIS WORK THEMSELVES. HE DID A GREAT JOB. HES REALLY NICE. HES THE KIND OF GUY THAT YOU COULD BECOME PERSONAL FRIENDS WITH.
