Steve was great to work with. He had a very small time frame to get me approved for a mortgage due to the fact that I wanted to close on a house before the lease on my apartment was up. He worked incredibly hard and ended up only taking a little over a week to get me approved and to close on the house. He was always readily available by phone if I had questions and he contacted me daily to keep me updated on the status of the loan. He shopped around to get me the best interest rate for being a first time home buyer.
