When we wanted to cancel the contract, they stated that we had to pay for 18 months of additional service. They point to a clause in the contract stating that we were automatically renewed every two years - $608/2years. You have to cancel in writing. Its a difficult contract to break.

I have been a customer for 8 years now, the security system was installed prior to my purchasing the home. This is the first service call I have ever had. The customer service department was very helpful and kind as was the technician. The technician had to do a little trouble shooting, due to the design of my door and informed me of his plan before continuing. I appreciated his approach very much and thought he did a wonderful job.

They installed them and maintain them. I have had 2 cameras down since June 10th, and they won't come out and repair them. They are very uncooperative.

THE THREE CAMERAS WHICH THEY INSTALLED HAVE NEVER WORKED PROPERLY. THIS SITUATION HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR A FEW YEARS WHERE THEY'VE MADE PROMISES TO REPAIR THE SYSTEM, BUT NOTHING HAS HAPPENED. THEY'VE NEVER GIVEN ME A TRUE RESOLUTION TO THE SITUATION! I FINALLY CAME TO A POINT WHERE I HAD TO TELL THEM TO TAKE THE SYSTEM OUT AND GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. THE BRANCH MANAGER IS VERY ARROGANT AND I'D NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

THEY DID A SLOPPY JOB INSTALLING THE SERVICE. THINGS DIDN'T WORK CORRECTLY UNTIL A SECOND INSTALLER CAME AND FIXED THE THINGS THE FIRST GUY HAD DONE. WE HAD SEVERAL FALSE ALARMS BECAUSE OF SLOPPY WORKMANSHIP. FINALLY, THINGS HAVE SETTLED DOWN AND THEY DO SEEM TO DO A GOOD JOB MONITORING THE SERVICE.
