JOHN MET WITH US TO DISCUSS OUR NEEDS FOR WIRING OUR NEW HOME FOR TV, STEREO, ETC. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EASY TO WORK WITH. GIVEN THE SIZE OF THE JOB, THE INSTALLERS DID A GOOD JOB. IN RETROSPECT, I WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE INVOLVED IN THE INSTALLATION OF THE SPEAKERS IN VARIOUS ROOMS. ALTHOUGH I RECOGNIZE THAT STUDS IMPACT WHERE YOU CAN PLACE A SPEAKER, IT'S OBVIOUS THAT THEY DIDN'T PLAN OUT (MEASURE) THE SPEAKER LOCATION BEFORE STARTING THE INSTALL BECAUSE THE SPACING IS ''OFF'' AND IT LOOKS FUNNY. IF THE PERSON INSTALLING THE SPEAKERS HAD MEASURED FOR SPACING, IT WOULD LOOK MUCH BETTER. ADDITIONALLY, WE ENCOUNTERED A FEW MINOR PROBLEMS (E.G. NONE OF THE SATELLITE TVS WERE INITIALLY CONNECTED TO A PHONE LINE), BUT THESE WERE QUICKLY CORRECTED. OVERALL, I LOVE HAVING MUSIC THAT PLAYS THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE AND THE MOUNTED PLASMA TV'S LOOK GREAT. I WOULD HIRE IHT AGAIN, BUT WOULD BE MORE INVOLVED IN THE INSTALLATION RATHER THAN RELYING ON THEM TO DO IT.
