Description of Work: Went well. Good deal on tires. Usually with oil change and tires, you get a courtesy check of the vehicle. It wasn't listed on the invoice, though they may have done one. I'll double-check next time.

 + 0 moreWE HAVE USED THIS INDY TIRE LOCATION FOR YEARS, AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY SATISFIED. STEVE HAS ALWAYS GIVEN US A VERY FAIR PRICE AND GREAT SERVICE. THIS VISIT, I KNEW WE NEEDED TIRES AND FRONT BRAKE PADS. STEVE CALLED AND SAID THAT WE ALSO NEEDED FRONT ROTORS. WHEN I POINTED OUT THAT HE HAD REPLACED THE ROTORS 18 MONTHS BEFORE, HE CHECKED AND SAW THAT WE HAD PURCHASED ROTORS WITH A ONE YEAR WARRANTY. THOUGH WE WERE OUTSIDE THE WARRANTY PERIOD! THIS SAVED US ALMOST $200, EVEN WITHOUT MY HAVING TO ASK FOR IT. WE WILL CONTINUE TO TAKE OUR CARS TO INDY TIRE FOR ALL OF OUR SERVICE NEEDS.

 + -1 moreI DROPPED MY CAR OFF AT 8AM AND WAS TOLD THAT IT SHOULDN'T TAKE LONG AND THAT I WOULD HOPEFULLY HAVE IT BACK THAT MORNING. TO THEIR CREDIT THEY DID DROP OFF AND PICK ME UP FROM WORK. THE PROBLEM WAS HE CALLED AROUND 9:30 AND TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE ALMOST DONE, BUT THEY SAID THAT I SHOULD REPLACE THE BRAKE PADS, (WHICH I THINK THEY OVER CHARGED ME FOR). I TOLD THEM TO GO AHEAD AND DO IT. HE CALLED ME BACK AGAIN AND SAID I NEEDED FOUR NEW TIRES. THEY WEREN'T BALD, BUT HE SAID I DID NEED THEM AND THAT HE HAD A DISCOUNT. AT THE TIME MY CAR HAD LESS THAN 24,000 MILES ON IT AND WAS BEING REGULARLY SERVICED BY THE DEALERSHIP. THE GUY AT INDY IMPLIED THAT THEY HAD NOT PROPERLY ROTATED MY TIRES OR DONE THE THINGS THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. I KNEW THAT THEY HAD BEEN, EXCEPT FOR MAYBE THE BRAKE PADS. THEY DIDN'T LIKE THE FACT THAT I TOLD THEM NO ON THE TIRES, BECAUSE THEY KEPT ME WAITING TILL 2PM BEFORE THEY SAID THEY WERE DONE AND WOULD PICK ME UP. THEY KEPT STALLING SAYING THEY WEREN'T READY YET.
Description of Work: I REQUESTED A CHECK UP. I WENT TO THEM BECAUSE I HAD A TIRE THAT WAS LEAKING.

Description of Work: ON ONE CAR THEY REPLACED ALL FOUR SHOCKS, AND THEY STRUGGLED GETTING SOME OFF, BUT THEY DIDN'T CHARGE EXTRA. THE OTHER CAR, WE HAD A SHIMMY AND THEY LOOKED AT IT AND GAVE US SUGGESTIONS, BUT DIDN'T CHARGE US FOR THAT.
