I got in right away. Brett came out to my van and fiddled with the inside works of the latch, realized there was a rusty part that just needed a squirt of WD40.

This time everything couldn't have gone any better. I was a little hasty when making my first review and wish for that one to be disregarded. Sometime after I returned home I was contacted by Brett who apologized for my experience in the morning and wanted to make it up to me. I took my car back that same afternoon and was in and out in less than twenty minutes. I feel that it was very professional of Brett to call and want to make things right with me and for that I will continue doing business with BestOne of Indy.

They did everything they said they were gonna do and they threw in a 30 coupon which was always nice. We originally just thought it needed an oil change but they found out it was the radiator having problems.

I am one of hundreds of people who have either a GMC or Chevy truck where the fuel gauge and light stop working correctly. My 2001 GMC Sierra fuel light and gauge started giving false readings about 4-5 months ago. I kept waiting for it to either get worse or better so it could be diagnosed and repaired. I called Indy Tire for an appointment time and an estimate to replace the fuel pump and sending unit. I delivered the truck the night prior to the 7:30 a.m. appointment. By noon the next day, I received a call that the truck repairs were completed. The fuel pump and sending unit appear to be functioning properly now.

I had been experiencing a noise in the left front wheel when making a left turn. I had "self-diagnosed" the problem to be a wheel bearing like I had occur earlier in my wife's car. On the phone, Brett (manager) agreed that it sounded like the bearing. Later, I received a phone call telling me my truck was ready. As it turned out, the $400 repair was not needed. The noise was only a bent rain shield during the rubbing. All that was needed was to straighten the bend. They could easily have made the unnecessary repair and charged me $400 dollars and I wouldn't have known any difference. However, they did the honest thing by telling me the truth, straightening the bent metal rain shield and they didn't even charge me for the 30 minutes of time to find the problem and remount the wheel. I was so impressed that I have no doubts or concerns about them being truthful with me in the future. On an earlier visit, I was standing at the service desk describing a car problem and their phone rang. Chad Rutherford, assistant manager, answered the phone and asked the person on the phone to please hold. Chad finished dealing with me before he returned to the phone customer. I can't tell you how many times I've been in line somewhere and the phone customer is served while I continue to stand and wait. I consider that rude and no different than a person behind me in line stepping in front to be served first. I complimented Chad for his method of handling the situation. I have no need to go to another auto repair shop. I've found the kind of shop I was looking for! Honest, professional, and reasonable.

I took my son's car in because the left front tire had a slow leak. I had a 7:30 a.m. appointment and by 7:40a.m., they had removed the tire and located the problem, a screw in the sidewall where it could not be repaired.
Since I didn't know if the relatively new tire had road hazard warranty or not, Brett Bobrow, the manager, promptly initiated a phone call to the Subaru dealer who had sold my son the tires to see if there in fact was a warranty purchased. He did not leave me wondering how to follow up, he just did it on my behalf.
I greatly appreciated his initiative and thoroughness to attempt to resolve the tire problem in my favor. However, there had been no warranty purchased so I had to purchase a replacement, along with a road hazard warranty.

The guy at the counter seemed friendly. Later that evening I noticed oil had leaked on my new driveway. It had to come from the car that had just been changed, because that was the only car that had been parked where the oil was found that day. Next day I backed the car out of the garage and found oil drippings on the floor under the car. Thinking they had not tightened the oil pan plug I crawled under the car with a wrench to tighten it. When I crawled under the car the plug was tight and I found oil all over the engine and chassis. The guy that changed the oil didn't use a funnel or spout and spilled oil all over the engine and chassis. Very sloppy work. I called the following Monday to complain about the spilled oil and the guy told me to bring it in and they would clean it off. The guy knew he spilled it when the oil was being changed. Why didn't they clean it up then? I cleaned it as soon as I found it so no more oil would drip on my garage floor or driveway.
In March 2010 I bought a set of tires from this same store. The manager handed me the rebate form for $100. I filled it out and sent it to the company. The company denied the rebate because it didn't take effect until April of that year. When I was paying for the recent oil change the assistant manager asked if I would send in a rebate form. When I related the problem I had with that store last year with a rebate he asked if I had come in and talked to them about it. I replied no, and asked what they could have done. He said they would have changed the date of the transaction so I could get the rebate. Not only are they sloppy, they are dishonest.

Went I went in with the damaged tire I asked them to check the alighnment. They told me that if it needed fixing it would cost $80.00 and would I be willing to do it at that price. I said yes. The manager then came out and reminded me that I had already agreed to do the alignment for $80.00, and as well I needed a new tire. The total cost was about 250.00. His manner was brusque and he didn't explain why the tire needed to be replaced rather than repaired and why the alignment was needed. (The car was less than a year old) and I was too stunned to ask. The price tag included a $13.00 new tire warranty. The total cost for the one tire was $250.00 When I paid up, I noticed from their own alignment report, that the only wheel that actually needed slight alighnment was the one that had the flate tire. So really I only needed a front alignment., if that. This new tire I purchased from them went flat from a pot hole witithin a few days. No apologies. When I showed then the warranty I had the same manage I dealt with before. He kept smiling and told me that the rim of the wheel was damaged and that would cost me an extra $150.00- 175.00 He didn't explain this charge or what was and was not covered by the warranty until I had whipped myself up to a state of aggravation. Also I had to pay an addition fee of f $13-15 dollars for a warranty "certificate" Also not included with the tire warranty was balancing, at an additional cost. It turned out that with the tire warranty, I had to pay another two hundred dollars total to replace a tire I had just bought, with warranty, a few days ago. After this second visit I was very upset and had a third party pick up the tire. The price went down $25.00 when they piced it up.. I should say that I have dealt with this company before when there was another manager present and he was a pleasure to work with. Not so this time. I think people should know the limitations of what they are getting when they get new tire 'warranties'. Also, they need to know what repair is needed, as opposed to what they had "agreed on" if necessary, and why the repair is needed. There should be adaquate information to allow customers to choose their best options as well as why the repair is needed.
