Called at noon on a Saturday, during the holidays, and explained we had a house full kids home from college and our garage doors were not working. Within an hour Roysten was at our house, an hour later both doors were fixed at a very reasonable price. The customer service was exceptional!! I highly recommend.

Royce showed up fairly quickly, & went right to work...After I showed him the problem, & within 5 minutes, he had it fixed...He noticed a missing roller on the garage door, & spent more time looking for one in his van, than it took him to install it...Very fast work....Pretty personable & very talkative, once he talked about paddling...!!..For a job that he finished so quickly, I just thought his fees were high...I paid him cash, & I had to call him afterwards, to remind him to send me a receipt, since he said he needed to send it digitally (not sure why he couldn't give me paper receipt on site...he accepted my cash on site)...I was anxious for several hours, but it finally arrived....Garage door is working great after a couple of weeks, but still think he was little expensive....Afterwards I found a dual set of rollers @ Lowe's for less than $10, & he charged me $36 for one, & for a 5 minute install job......Next time, I do it myself..!!....But he did good work...
