Excellent. Rick was extremely professional and very knowledgeable! He took the time to answer all of my questions, no matter how simple/dumb they may have seemed. He worked around my schedule and any last minute changes/suggestions. Would recommend to anyone, and will use again for any future jobs

We had multiple projects with the floors, including repairing and refinishing a hardwood floor. We also had carpet installed on two staircases. Rick Kovic was super easy to work with, very knowledgeable and offered a fair price for the work being done. He made suggestions that just made sense and we now have beautiful hardwoods and carpeting. His contractors for both projects were both skilled and friendly. They were attentive to our needs, sought our opinions and delivered spectacular results. They were all very friendly and respectful of my home and my property. the cleaned up after themselves so I did not have to. I would definitely hire Pristine Carpet for any future projects!

I want to express my appreciation for the excellent customer service provided by Indy Floor Source. When Rick Kolic, the owner, came to my home to give me an estimate, he was truly professional! No other consultant took the time to explain my carpet concerns and the manner in which they would stretch and repair it. I was impressed with his information and expertise, but most of all; I was impressed because he treated me as a valued customer. There are no other words to describe the two gentlemen who stretched my carpet but polite, considerate, and professional. They greeted me with a smile and hello, and explained the work they would be doing. My carpet looks brand new!! I definitely recommend Indy Floor Source to anyone who needs his/her carpet repaired.

Rick arrived the morning after my initial request and had a quote to me via email later that day. It was installed 7 days later and took 4 hours to complete. He brought samples and we chose a product called AquaLock - it's awesome.

Rick did a great job working with our budget. He was able to get what we needed in a timely manner and the guys came in and knocked it out in one day! They were clean and neat and we are happy with the result!

As a homeowner I have hired many skilled tradesmen in the past. Among the people I have employed, Rick stands out among the crowd. In the past when we used Rick, it has always been a great experience. We decided to remodel our house in March and initially did not hire Rick because we were looking for the cheapest installers possible. We ended up hiring a couple of handyman guys trying to save money. What a disaster that was. In the end we had to call Rick to fix all the mistakes the Handymen made. Initially the handymen were cheaper but ended up costing us twice as much as Rick did to fix their mistakes. Rick and his workers are very professional, he has the experience needed that helped us get the right floor for our needs Rick also brought product samples over to our house so we could choose a color that coordinated with the interior of our house. We had so many options for flooring; Rick’s knowledge of floors was very helpful in our final decision in choosing the right floor. Rick pays attention to details to his work to make sure you get a quality product, this experience that is hard to find. I would recommend Rick to anyone.

Overall, things went well. They were prompt on installing the floors. About a month after the installation was completed, we had a couple of boards that we damaged and wanted repaired. They weren't responsive to our request to fix the boards for an additional fee.

There were no problems with the linoleum installation. No problems from start to finish.

Their initial service was fine. Their installation was good. I had some other issues that I wanted done after the fact and they were not responsive to this but this did not have anything to do with their initial service.

Adams was able to give us options and explain everything. They were so timely - we were under a time pressure and they certainly went above and beyond to get everything done fast. We are so pleased and would definitely use them again.

We visited the store several times looking at flooring as well as granite countertop. After comparing other samples of flooring, we decided we liked this company's product the best. We were able to do our own preparation and the flooring guys were out putting in the flooring pronto. They were fast, efficient, and very polite.

It went really well. I did not really have any complaints. There were several people in and out between the tile guy, the electrician and all the other subcontractors. Jeff Walker and Eric Robertson are from Floors Galore. They are very professional, easy to work with, personable, knowledgeable and the subcontractors were the same. They were all great.

Things started off well, but took a very bad turn. They turned out to be extremely unprofessional-hard to get a hold of, not sure what their workers are doing, promise what they don't deliver and worst of all, taking payment from our account when it was not authorized and the work was not complete. Met with Rick and Adam at their store in Carmel and they seemed to have good ideas about how to do our job, including metal trim around the edges and using smaller mosaic tile on the step fronts. Rick came out to the house to get final measurements and write up the estimate. In late August we okayed the project and authorized them to charge our credit card for $1100.00 to get materials. They were scheduled to start the work on September 17th. That date rolled around and we had not heard from them so I called and Rick said they would start the next week. On September 25th, Rudy and another worker showed up and started the job. Rudy was only there a short time, the other worker was there most of the day, but ran out of the bigger tile and had to come back late the next day. He finished the main tile area and grouting, but not the mosaic tiling. He came back on Monday, September 29th to do that. On Tuesday, September 30th, Rick called to see if we liked the job and I told him I had some concerns with how the mosaic had been done, some missing grout, and messy mortar on the edge of the porch. He said he would have Rudy come back out. After 3 weeks I had not heard from Rick or Rudy. And I had just received my credit card statement. They had never done the original charge for materials, but had charged my account for the full project amount on September 27th, before all the tile had even been laid. I called Rick again to complain. When I asked him about having charged our account, he said he thought the project was done at that time. How could he have come to that conclusion on September 27th, when the tile was not all down and he didn't call me until September 30th to see if I was satisfied? Rudy came out a couple of days later with some other workers. They cleaned up the messy mortar on the edge of the porch and filled in some grout and caulked along the seam against the house. Rudy agreed the mosaic area needed to be ground down so it didn't stick up in the way of the door, but this was not done until a couple of days later by another worker, on October 30th. I never heard any more from Rick or anyone at Floors Galore after that worker left. I do not recommend this company!

Adam, the co-owner, was great and the floor and backsplash look very nice. Unfortunately, the sub-contractor's crew was not respectful of our home and property, despite my being friendly towards them. The foreman was "supervising" at least 1 other project elsewhere, and was not on site much. We were advised to vacate the home during the day since it was dirty & noisy and our kitchen was dismantled. The crew helped themselves to many of the tools and supplies in our garage and basement, failing to ask permission or clean them. They caked our tape measure with mortar, then tossed in back in our toolbox. They spit out gum on our workbench, garage floor and landscaping. Upon returning home one night, I found upstairs a can of deck stain and fabric which I had stored in a latched cabinet in the basement where they had no business being. When asked for an explanation, the foreman stated he needed wood stain for something in his house and thought he'd look around to see if we had anything that would work, but it didn't and he had to go buy some at the hardware store. Needless to say, I was horrified. He could not explain the fabric, so I suspect he was simply covering for his crew. They didn't cover our air vents, despite agreeing to do so twice, resulting in a broken duct connection. They cut a grounding wire on my chandelier and broke a light bulb in it, leaving broken glass on the floor. They cracked 2 outlet covers on the backsplash. They didn't know how to disconnect the electrical boxes on our island, so they cut them out. When they replaced the island, they left a live wire in the cabinet without warning me, which was very dangerous, especially for my 2 small kids. They hooked up the water hoses backwards on my washer, and left the dryer vent so twisted that it started burning. Ironically, I had asked them to be very careful about hooking the appliances back up. They didn't inform me of any of the damage, rather I had to discover it myself. Adam was very apologetic and bent over backwards to make it right. He had a worker repair the damage and even replaced the outlet covers and tape measure. He sent flowers and a gift card, and donated a session with his interior decorator, as well as offered discounts on future products and services. All of this made me feel much better and it showed he cared.

Overall, it was a good experience. It took a little bit longer than anticipated, but the final outcome is great and I am happy with the grade of the carpet we chose and the overall appearance in our office building. The sales rep and crew were very easy to work with and did a good job.

I liked that he carried the carpet that we wanted. He had good ratings on Angie's List. They moved the large furniture for us and removed the old stuff. They did an incredible job installing the carpet. They really paid attention to the stairs and made sure the detail was noticeable.

Adam came out and measured. He recommended which grade of carpet we should go with. The crew came and told us we had to pick up things off the floor but they moved the furniture. They did it all in one day. They were very cheerful. They were very polite. They had dinner while they were here but they cleaned up everything. They put all the furniture back where it belonged. They made sure everything looked okay before they left. They took out all the old carpet and disposed. They vacuumed. They didn't leave any loose blades around. I was very happy with the job they did.

Jeff was really good to work with and really knows tile and design trends. He actually talked us into a less expensive tile due to high moisture in the bathroom and maintenance our original pick would require. The only issue we had was a communication gap we had before the job started. Jeff's idea of a timely response to return messages and mine differed. However, once we figured out the best way to get in touch (call his cell phone not the office) it was never an issue again. We found the pricing to be reasonable. I'm sure we could have found someone else to do this job cheaper, but they provided a high level of service, expertise and came back to fix a couple of small issue without any delay. I would use them again and recommend to our friends.

They were very helpful in the process of selecting the material. I was very pleased with both the quality of the material when it came in and the workmanship of the installation, which they arranged. There was a scheduling glitch. They called and rescheduled because one of the boxes of wood hadn't been received. When I asked how long installation would take, they said three or four hours. We rescheduled the installation for the day before we were committed to leave town for a couple of days. When the installer was in the process of the work, he aid that it would take two days. As a result we had to leave our house key and alarm information, which we normally do not do, and we didn't get to be there for most of the work. They had charged us incorrectly for sales tax (too little) on the estimate. Floors Galore credited us for a box of the wood (approximately $130) to make that right, although I told him he didn't have to. Overall, the transaction exceeded my expectations.
