They were recommended by my contractor. I wanted to replace some shades and they said that they can clean them. Once they cleaned, they looked much better and I appreciated them. The shades that I bought from them were exactly what I wanted and I was pleased with their service.

We were very pleased and would highly recommend Joel. He spent a lot of time measuring the windows and planning the sizing of the blinds so that the detailed mill-work around the windows would not be hidden. We already knew that we wanted to use this particular product for the windows, but Joel was extremely helpful in choosing both colors and type of fabric (e.g., blackout material or more sheer). Other companies that quoted on this project just wrote down the first thing we said we wanted; but Joel differentiated himself by challenging our choices when he felt that they would not give us the results we were looking for. We went with his recommendations and the end result is exactly what we wanted. He also did all of the installation himself and did a great job, with virtually no mess. Very professional.
