Impact Land Management does a great job - professional, prompt - and these treatments have completely transformed my lawn since I started using this company.  I have used other companies before and none of them compare, the quality of this service and products used are excellent!

I called to get an estimate. We got that the next day. We agreed to the price and told them they could get to it whenever they could. He was here the next day and finished that day. An excellent job! I can tell they take pride in their work. I will use them for all out landscaping needs.

The fertilization/seeding has taken our dead, mostly weeded yard from worst to competitive with the best yards in the neighborhood in just one season! The landscaping work that they did is immaculate, imaginative and well done.

They do a very nice job. The grass looks fantastic.

Last year I built a house and put sod in the front and seed in the back. After successfully getting the sod to root deeply and the seed to come in fully (thanks to over seeding, topsoil, and fertilization help from Impact and another company), I decided to go with Impact to ensure my yard holds well and grows even thicker in year two. So far I've had both spring applications done, and will soon have the summer application done. Since the spring treatments, my yard has proven to be one of the greenest and thickest in the neighborhood despite some having treatments done by other [larger] companies. Impact uses high quality products, offered me a very competitive price, and actually cares about the customer's personal well-being and understanding of lawn care. I look forward to the remaining treatments, as well as utilizing some of the extra services they offer like aeration and plant/shrub fertilization.
